I've found this https://bitcoinnordic.com
You can buy and sell bitcoins using bank transfer.  To buy you'll be charged 2.1% VAT and it'll cost £4.40 for banking fees.

EDIT: They use MtGox rate and add 9% on top.

Bank Transfer to OKPAY takes 1-3 days (verfication take roughly 24hrs good to thing to do) then transfer to somwhere else depending on their time scales, it took an afternoon to Mt. Gox for me. Fees apply everywhere unfortunately.

I also did Bank (with fee)/PayPal(min 64£) to VirWox, then convert to SLL (Second life money) then to instant Bitcoin after 48 hours. But prepare to lose about 10% on fees converting and transfering plus the change left in SLL since you can only convert whole coins.

Basically a bummer!

I would try https://localbitcoins.com or https://bitbargain.co.uk
I haven't used them myself but I've heard goods things about them.  Just remember, always buy from people who have GOOD/GREAT feed back.
Localbitcoins you can meet the people if you like, so you can pay cash.  Or you pay by bank transfer or PingIt.

Yes i have looked at both of these but the rates are much more expensive than anywhere else
