You can also invest them in sites like BTC Jam.  I've done pretty good there.  I like the site.  they do a lot to try to establish identity.  If you are careful who you loan to you can make a pretty good return.  I just made 10% in one week of one loan.

I was just wondering what are the other use for bitcoins? aside from cashing them out. Is there an online store or ways you can spend your btc? posting links would be helpful. I know bitmit and memorydealers accept btc.

I've never used it, but you can get certain baked goods from bitpantry.com.  I have no idea how they are or anything though.
