Guys hello! I have a problem. The phone was broken and I had to return it to the factory settings. It's clear that the data is lost. How can I now recover the data 2 fa?

First ,I will suggest you should keep QR code or key in the form of offline mode like you can have print out or you keep it in your mail.this is best way,if you lost your mobile, then you can recover from that.

But if you don't have and you have lost your phone. For this I have experienced this situation.

I have this experience with BITFINEX exchange,I mailed the support team for this .Then they mailed me and ask me to send a selfie/pic with having a identity card. Then, I mailed the selfie or pic with ID card. After 30 min. they removed my 2fa from account.I restored my account.

Do it,it will work definitely..

Good luck..

I think you cant recover the 2fa back never if you did not link your account with a number or something like that
You can email google support with your issue . Hope you will get your 2fa acc back !

CoinMetro - the future of exchanges
Since the 2fa is for your safety and not comparable with, say, a private key, you can likely contact the support and provide passport picture+selfie or something like that.
It's only a matter of them ensuring your account's safety, so if you can prove that you're you, then they should be able to remove your 2fa.
