I agree. It's just a dumb excuse. Their odds were fine. As my bets demonstrate, they were aligned with the wider market at all times.

Across the industry will have a variety of different odds providers, and some even will price it in-house. All bookmakers were offering prices in the vicinity of the 2.23 I took last night, and the 1.84 I took this afternoon. Oddsportal testifies to that. So what ... every single odds provider got the odds the wrong way round, did they? And they were still wrong 12 hours after the first bet. Clearly not.

Anyway, that is the reason they gave.

I'm not saying in this particular case the provider is at fault, just that is sounds really sketchy that a casino is having "odds problems" (unless it's a malfunction inside the connection from casino software to provider), when presumably all the other sportsbooks handled the match properly - at least that's what I assume the rest of them did, that is to say.

If sportsbet.one's odds provider is Betradar, then this can't possibly be the reason (because the odds come from the odds provider) unless Betradar themselves screwed up the odds, which would mean this match was voided on other sportsbooks too.

The match started at 12:55pm, UK time, as planned. Everything normal. My last bet was at 12:12pm UK time (as shown in screenshot). And the other bets were even yesterday. And as you can see from examining the odds history, none of those prices I took were unrepresentative of the wider market, so the grounds on which they are cancelling the bets are completely bogus.

Of course the first thing I did was contact the chat, and I was told to 'wait' (by Molly), and then told twice that the bets were cancelled due to an 'error with the odds'.

Maybe there are some reason. Were the matches finished in certain time? Or it took more time? Or something else happened in the meantime? Did you try to contact sportbet.one? If I'm correct it was the sponsor of IPL pool contest in previous season. They were doing great. Why would they suddenly start to cancel a bet without any reason.

Hello guys,

I was wondering if any of the forum moderators were in a position to have this re-examined for me.

I placed three bets on the tennis match between Luca Nardi and Alexey Vatutin in Forli Challenger. Two I placed last night (European time), and one this morning. Nardi won the match and covered the plus handicap, so all these bets should have been settled as winners.

Instead, on inspecting after the match, they were mysteriously cancelled. I contacted the support team, as initially I just suspected it was a simple error, and I was informed that the bets were cancelled due to 'there being an error with the odds'.

I could perfectly understand this if they had displayed the odds the wrong way around or were miles away from consensus market lines, but this was absolutely not the case. In fact, at the time of my first bet (match odds at 2.23 decimal), bet365 were offering 2.50, and Pinnacle too were offering ~2.30. You can verify these facts on oddsportal.

The second match odds bet is the same story, I bet at 1.84, and again, this was a market consensus price at the time of striking.

There was strong line movement in favour of Nardi, but the whole market was offering 2.20+ last night and indeed many books even closed above 1.84 so to claim either of these bets, or the handicap, was down to an error with the odds is just nonsense. Indeed, if every time one gets good line movement the bets are cancelled due to an 'error', what is the point of betting at all? One cannot win!

As far as I can see it, they were beaten fair and square, and are now cheating me of my winnings!

I am happy to provide any more information for anyone who can help in this case.

Thank you.
