Are you searching for someone to do a full time job?( do you need to hire someone to write for you just for a short period of time/ limited amount of articles, or you are searching for someone to fill a full time job spot).
Are you searching for someone to write articles for your forum or you actually searching for someone to maintain your news/blog site?
Being more specific would help you to find the perfect man for the job.

You try in service section and if you don't get what you want then you can give a try in fiverr as well because there you can find a lot of writers but some of them will be bad so you may need to check reviews before choosing those guys. If you give more orders to one person then you may get article quite cheaper price.
Try asking some of the tipsters here if they are interested. Some of them might be good in making sports analysis and previews. But I cannot say the same about their predictions hehehe. Sportsbetting is a very deceiving game.
Maybe it is better if you post this on the services section. Thy is really not the best place to be looking for this kind of service. Although it is about gambling, this is not where people looking for work would be look at.

Could be betting previews, predictions, more of the fun list-style articles, just has to be related to topical/current sporting events.
