monirvip1122 has withdrawn 16165 USDT more than he has personally deposited, hence why the balance of  14590.44 USDT was frozen ~snip~
Thank you for editing your post to make it clear. It means Sportsbet hasn't confiscated the deposit of OP.

But probably this time he failed to solve the problem with his team, and they weren't convinced to even refund the deposit amount.
Looks like you got a wrong information from OP. Judging from the above statement of Sportsbet team, OP's deposit hasn't been confiscated by them.

I don't belong to any group, this is your mistake, PLEASE solve it for me
You should reach to a mediator (like Askgamblers) if you really believe about your honesty. Sportsbet team will provide the necessary evidence to them which can't be posted in a public forum. Askgamblers will justify the complaints based on the evidences.

monirvip1122 has withdrawn 16165 USDT more than they have deposited, hence why the balance of  14590.44 USDT was frozen as per normal sportsbook terms and conditions violations.
Has he withdrawn 16k+ USDT from 'monirvip1122' account? Or is it the total withdrawal amount from the other connected accounts? I hope you will make it clear here. Most of us are curious about this accusation by thinking that Sportsbet team have confiscated the deposit of OP without allowing him to withdraw anything.

Anyway, it can't be considered as a valid complaint if the user has withdrawn 16k+ USDT from his account and there are enough evidences about his account connections with the abuser group.

Good Day,

The account was closed due to connection with fraud groups xx and xx

There are multiple device and chain connections between the group.

Our team firmly believes that these accounts are also closely linked in the project:  (g****mul, l**** 112233, ja****1 122 - you can see account names are quite lazy)

Considering all the information above, and the lack of clarity and honest information from Monircip1122 about the case, we decided to close the account and freeze the whole balance to mitigate the damage caused previously

monirvip1122 has withdrawn 16165 USDT more than he has personally deposited, hence why the balance of  14590.44 USDT was frozen as per normal sportsbook terms and conditions violations.

Separate to this, I had previously advised a "friend" of this customer to advise Monirvip1122 to not go forward with a Scam Accusation as our process is not a scam > If you regularly try to break terms and conditions to navigate around limits and KYC, you will eventually be caught.

With this being such a clear-cut case, I won't be engaging in any more communication on this matter.

regards,

Steve.

OP said that he has created a new account by watching the good reviews of Sportsbet on the internet. Perhaps, the violations of the mentioned terms have been made by the connected accounts (suspected by the system). How strong the evidences are of the multiple account connections?

This is one of the point I suggested to Steve on my PM inviting him, usually SB paid attention to details, they cross their Ts and dot their Is, so I ask if it's a possible false-positive and whether the findings have been crosschecked with device fingerprints. I guess what we can do now is wait.

Like the other forum members, I'm also surprised by the decisions of Sportsbet team as they have decided to confiscate the deposits of the OP. Generally, betting site doesn't confiscate the deposit of the users unless any serious thing has happened. Sportsbet has mentioned the clause 19.1 of their terms for confiscating the funds of the user. Several reasons have been mentioned in that clause. What serious violations of the terms has been done by OP actually which lead to confiscate his deposit?

This is true from a legal point of view.even if there are 500 accounts from 1IP if the players have verified they are legally allowed to play.it is only a problem if there is identity theft.but that's the police's job not the bookie's

Strange story.

Even if they accuse you of having multiple accounts they would have no ground to just keep the deposit unless they have proof that these funds were stolen for some reason ( and even then I'm not sure if they are allowed to just keep it ) .

What exactly did Steve say when he was contacted?
And how do they/he explain that keeping the deposit is the way to go, and why?

Really strange for a big site to react that way, there must be something we are missing here I think.

you should really try posting this on casino.guru too as I suggested before, it wouldn't hurt if you do that. they could be the mediator between you and the gambling site and they can perhaps come up with a solution or compromise.

Sportsbet should provide here the detailed result of their investigation to create a solid justification for the confiscation of this huge amount to a new account.
there could be sensitive information on the result of their investigation which could compromise how their detecting system works.

Is the casino has the right to confiscate even the original deposit? Probably they are assuming that the funds obtained from the connected account was the one being deposited in the casino using the new account. I’m not really sure if it’s legally right to do it on new account deposit. They should at least refund the original deposit if we will use the law and not the casino ToS.

I am correct that your earlier communication with Steve was to solve this privately and [since it's not satisfactory, this thread was made] he has not been made aware of this thread? I'll PM him about this to let SB get to the bottom of this. Maybe it's a false-positive.
Yes, I have talked with Steve privately regarding that issue since we solved one case previously. I thought he could help in this case as well. But probably this time he failed to solve the problem with his team, and they weren't convinced to even refund the deposit amount. So OP isn't happy with the decision, hence he made the thread. I am expecting a proper explanation about this so everyone can take a look here and decide what to do. I sent the thread link yesterday through DM to Steve. Let's wait for his response here.

For some reason, I can't download the images in jpg or png, so I go old school and make a screenshot of it, reuploading through talkimg for visibility. I blurred the email address, in case OP changed his mind and want to keep it private

As for the earlier image with blurry email, it's the same with image 5.

OP, next time, please upload your images through talkimg, it'll greatly help us who quote for visibility. And as preliminary, just to be sure we cover every ground, you did not access them with VPN, your IP address is static, and no one but you have access to your device [your friend did not borrow your phone or PC to access sportsbet]?

I will call Steve and other DT members to take a look at this case. I don't want to conclude anything right now. I will ask Steve to give a proper explanation of this accusation.

For the information of other members, I talked personally to Steve about this accusation earlier since OP is one of my online friends. I tried to solve this issue with Steve. But I am not happy with the SportsBet decision, so I let OP do whatever he thinks is best.

Here is another link:
Here is email : [email protected]

You don't need to post your personal email here. Sportsbet could find your account through your username. Still, the images aren't clear. Can you post some clear images, or can you copy and paste the email content? So it will be readable for everyone. Unless other users understand the full story, they can't help you anyway.

Also try to write more details why your account get ban

I'm having trouble reading the email you shared with us, the letters are too small for me to read, would you mind saying what rule they accuse you of breaking? also, after the email have you had a conversation with their support? would you mind posting that too?

anyway, $14450 is not a small amount so I understand if you want to continue fighting for it, if you want a mediator try posting this on casino.guru, they could help mediate the issue between you and the casino.

I will ask Steve to give a proper explanation of this accusation.
that's good, I'd like to hear what explanation they have too if they are going to give one.
