I have spoken with our safety and security team on a couple of diffrent occasions in regards to this matter.

It is very clear to me that they view this case as a strong case of breaking terms and conditions that they have listed to you, and you have posted here.

Due to the sensitivity of any investigations around the terms and conditions breaches, no sportsbook/sportsbook casino would list what those exact reasons for negative action and funds movement would be due to the fact it could potentially open up the flood gates for everyone else finding out the methods in a public forum.

I have personally tried to address the matters internally for the best and fairest solution for both parties and the relevant team has only met me at having your deposit returned.

I am not able to continue with this case in the future.

If you mean Curacao Gaming Control Board (you have their logo on the bottom of the website) I have contacted them 2 weeks ago also and there is no reply from them, furthermore they state on their website that 'For complaints, please note that the GCB does not handle disputes between players and gaming operators', so you suggest to take the matter to a party that doesn't handle such matters?
I have agreed on the terms and signed the documents with the Foundation for the Representation of Victims of Online Gambling in Curacao - they know whom to contact and how to do it.

OP, by the mutual agreement, since you wished to escalate this case to... that governing body you nominated, and Steve under the capacity of SB's representative acknowledged that SB will answer upon being reached by gambling authorities, please proceed if you wished to.

Kindly note that since you've escalate to a higher authority, as I've brushed here [#15], this will allows SB and their representatives to cease from responding here, as the case will now be handled by and between the department that'll answer to that higher authority.

You're on the right track and "procedure" so far. This board serves for exactly the purpose you seek, to call out fraud/cheating/scam attempt.

Normally, the overseer will inquire for evidences and ask questions from both parties until it became obvious who did what and who is guilty. However, as you choose to escalate to a gambling authority, of whom position and power are seen to be greater than the forum, the forum's hand are tied.

All we can do is now wait until the governing body you escalated this situation to to make their ruling, and suppose the arbitrator made a ruling in your favor and SB somewhat does not honor that decision [of which I doubt they will], kindly report here with evidences of the ruling and SB's refusal, and the forum will take action by tagging the account, perhaps even support a flag if you raised one.

Before taking on my case they looked through all of my files including this thread and stated they only take cases worthwhile to pursue.

Becasue there is absolutely no comunication with you sportsbet.io team. when they decide just close all and stop answering feeling that they have nothing to talk to users. They just say we belive or have evidence and thats all. The support and the team in general is total shit this must be known by all. I will contiue write everywhere how you just decide to take someone prize 2 months after he win it and decide to close the account even if you close it the prize was won 2 months before decide to do this and you should give it to the winner. Also with this money that take to random people i think this site is total money laundering and scam site registered in Africa

What about sticking with your own thread where you have been already proven as a scammer? Do not think that people do not understand anything. You played on their platform and even won a trip to London which they did. You won a Trip to London for 2nd time but they found you doing multiple accounts. Since you are looking for a high-limit account to buy, I believe you tried every other way to play on Sportsbet before you started searching for an account to buy. You should know that Sportsbet allows only one account per household, IP, and device. So, no matter if your brother, sister, or a postman creates an account, it will be counted as your multiple account.

Actually, quite the contrary, when people didn't provide any evidence, the overseers tend to regard those claims as baseless and they ignored it. Thus, more evidences actually leads to more replies.

Now, moving to your topic, I am glad that you have all the evidences. This way, we can be assured from your side that you can prove things wrong or right. Regarding Sportsbet's representative's silence, I was informed that he's currently travelling, thus [I believe] his inability to respond to you. As I haven't received any reply from Sportsbet (not here, not through emails with support) I have contacted local lawyers in Curacao (where Operators license is) and the Foundation for the Protection of Online Gambling Victims.
Will keep you updated here.

I would ask you to perhaps put pause to those motions, at least until I've exhaust my attempts here. People raises their situation here to the forum, and I attend to each of them, in hope to deescalate the situation without any need of other course of action. More likely than not, when people raised their issue elsewhere simultaneously, casino representative's will have to cease from responding here and follows the "higher" means of resolution.

I wish I could cash out... In my case they just confiscated my winnings and stopped replying to my messages.

What happened:
I registered on Sportsbet.io on 26th September and started to make sport bets (mostly on ATP tennis and NFL American football). On 4th October my balance was 16'725 USDC and I requested a withdrawal. Sportsbet.io asked me to go through additional KYC procedure, which I successfully completed.

After that my balance was reduced to 7'000 USDC (9'725 USDC difference confiscated) and Sportsbet.io stated that they "have acquired evidence that you are acting in breach of our terms and conditions".

Couple of key points:
- I have not broken their terms and conditions, I have successfully completed two steps of KYC procedure when requested, and I am ready to go through any kind of identification/verification to prove my innocence. I have never had any other accounts with Sportsbet.io (which they are falsely trying to imply).
- Sportsbet.io did not provide ANY EVIDENCE
- Sportsbet.io stopped communicating with me through email (didn't reply for 3 days already), therefore I have to open this topic.
- Also note that I have made a smaller withdrawal previously and everything worked fine, but only when I actually won some money Sportsbet.io blocked my withdrawal and confiscated my winnings.
- I have all of the screenshots: my balance, all of my bets and all of the transactions if needed (attached couple of them in Additional notes).
I am entitled to receive my full balance of 9'725 USDC, but Sportsbet.io refuses to do so. The only "crime" I made was winning some money from a sportsbook, which is not a crime the last time I checked.
