I have spoken with our safety and security team on a couple of diffrent occasions in regards to this matter.
It is very clear to me that they view this case as a strong case of breaking terms and conditions that they have listed to you, and you have posted here.
Due to the sensitivity of any investigations around the terms and conditions breaches, no sportsbook/sportsbook casino would list what those exact reasons for negative action and funds movement would be due to the fact it could potentially open up the flood gates for everyone else finding out the methods in a public forum.
I have personally tried to address the matters internally for the best and fairest solution for both parties and the relevant team has only met me at having your deposit returned.
I am not able to continue with this case in the future.

Here is how the situation looks like: Sportsbet.io can confiscate winnings from ANY player without providing ANY reason/proof/evidence 'due to sensitivity'.
I disagree with that position, I know I am absolutely right and eligible for my winnings, thus I am transferring my claims to the Foundation for the Representation of Victims of Online Gambling in Curacao, they will be contacting the casino's director and the license holder shortly.

I also would like to ask more experienced Forum members if there is an official procedure to call out another member (in this case @sportsbet.io) for fraud/cheating. I have all the evidence and would like other Forum members to know who is who and what is going on.
The argument provided by some participants of the forum of Sportsbet's honesty and integrity is not valid in my opinion, because there are not that many Players who actually win from a bookie/casino (let's be honest, each of us tried and the result is almost always negative on the long term) - this is why you have so few claims (even though there is a significant notable uptick in the last few weeks) and they are met with some shady attitude.

If you mean Curacao Gaming Control Board (you have their logo on the bottom of the website) I have contacted them 2 weeks ago also and there is no reply from them, furthermore they state on their website that 'For complaints, please note that the GCB does not handle disputes between players and gaming operators', so you suggest to take the matter to a party that doesn't handle such matters?
I have agreed on the terms and signed the documents with the Foundation for the Representation of Victims of Online Gambling in Curacao - they know whom to contact and how to do it.
