It's a scam, banning after losing big amount is joke, if they are so worried about people they should not run casino at first place, and yes it does reflect you are just here for attention and as i said you will support fraud

Reading the update of @jeremypwr, your account is not permanently banned rather it’s just a temporary ban due to further investigation. The representative already gave his word that your issue will be evaluated and concluded until Tuesday.

There’s no need to argue about other user and just lock the thread. Sportsbet is always honoring their promised so you just need to be relaxed until Sunday dude.

Lock this thread and keep us updated when your account is still ban on Tuesday. Being aggressive will not solve your issue mate. You need to cooperate and be patient.

Hey guys,
I have been with sportsbet for 5 years i have lost thousands of dollars on their website but last month i lost $10,000 in a single week and they permanently closed my account saying it's for my safety (LOL) because they think i am gambling addict, they are just scared that i may recover the amount i lost on their website, so avoid them at any cost, there are better casinos available online.

PS: bunch of clowns will comment on this thread to promote casino in their signature , don't listen to them they are also fraud and they always comment in support of casinos

They are absolutely right, you are a gambling addict and you have a problem. The most frequent excuse of addicts is that the casino is afraid that some loser will take a huge amount of money from them. Of course, that never happens and is very far from reality.

You're right about the second part, you shouldn't be banned from using the platform because of that, but Sportsbet should take all the money you have, even the money you don't have.

To summarize, you lose fair and square? They didn't like, say, suddenly lock you out while you still have a lot of balance, you simply having a lose streak, draining your balance, by yourself. So, please be a little bit kind and explain to us better, which part is scam where they didn't steal funds from you?

Do you have evidence about the claims you are making? If someone post here that you stole their money or any other allegation without even providing evidence, how can they be taken seriously? How would you feel if people believed allegations against you when there was zero evidence provided?

And why do you have two threads open about the same alleged incident? If the sportsbet.io account is posting replies in the other thread you should lock this.

first thread was different than this one , if you stop being blind and read it ? other thread was not replying to email and now this thread is about they permanently closed my account , so gtfo with your signature promotion

Trust me when I say there are customers who routinely lose (and win) A LOT more than you've lost.

Hi All,

Sorry for the delayed response.. been travelling a bit.

@fsl044 - you account was temporarily closed due to some concerning comments over live chat/email.

When an account is temp closed (for whatever reason), unfortunately that does mean live chat is not a option.. mainly cause we would get spammed by everybody if we had live chat open to everybody.

Sportsbet.io takes comments and emails stated by a registed customer of a personal nature extremely seriously when they move outside the normal customer query levels.

Your account has been moved to another area of the sportsbet.io business for futher consultation and I am sure they will be in contact with you today (monday) or at the latest, Tuesday. Pls pm me if you haven't heard by Tuesday PM.

Also, I appreciate your concern, but this isn't a scam accusation scenario for bitcointalk. This is just a case of yourself not getting immidiate attention on this matter.

Not replying to a email in 30 minutes is not a scam.

Let me know if our guys don't get back to you by Tuesday pm and Ill chase up for you.

Many thanks..

Steve.

How scam this is a scam while their move is just for your own sake? You can always create new account on different casino if you want to recover your losses. Sportsbet.io is just doing their job to implement a responsible gambling with their players.

Signature space doesn’t reflect to the user post. It’s just a banner under our signature space but we are not obligated to post related to the casino we are promoting.

This falls under responsible gambling. They’re obligated to take action if they suspect an account is showing signs of addiction. In fact, it's safe to say they’re closely monitoring accounts and will close them if they meet certain criteria. They have to do this because it’s mandated by the regulators.
