Exactly right, they give a free 1,000$ to everyone when its not their fault.  They received both deposits.  There is no argument here.  Im just spreading the word so others do not get scammed like me.

It doesn't make sense for Sportsbet to scam you since you are a very valuable player.
Why would they only take you for a small amount (in gambling terms) compared to, someone who won 2 BTC?
It just doesn't make sense, especially sine you say you lose most of the time.

Sportsbet already came in here to explain the whole double spending which believe it or not, happens occasionally.
The fact that they communicated to you via emails and didn't just block you/ban you should create some confidence in this company.

The blockchain has been clogged AF lately but to accuse a sportsbook of scamming you (even though you admit you've been using them for a long time) is just plain irrational.

I mean it sucks and I'm sorry that it happened, but I think the fact that they comped you $1,000 for a technical error speaks volumes.

Let me guess, you haven't read the terms and conditions when you signed up to sportsbet. Instead of waiting that your transactions hade been confirmed, you started immediately spending them by betting them. Later on the transaction is still unconfirmed and pending but all the bets you made with it are allready finished. Now what company would pay people their winnings when they still haven't even received the bets initial money yet? They should pay it out of their own pockets? That would be absurd. What if your send BTC never confirms because the fee of it is so low no miner will touch it unless the blockchain transactions is so low at the moment that they will, with more and more microstransactions going on in BTC the more unconfirmed transactions are piling up. Next time at least wait untill your transaction has been confirmed before actually using it. See it like this: Your job transacted your paycheck to the bank to make it out to you, the bank usually takes 3 days doing this untill you see it on your bank account, since we don't see the background of it we think it instantly shows up in our bank account. Now are you able to spend this money before it has actually reached your bank account? No. Yet you did on sportsbet. If you look at your situation from an objective point of view, it appears more likely that spending unconfirmed money falls into the scam category.
Also the whole situation could have been easily avoided if sportsbet would only allow you to make a bet only untill after the money cleared, but since todays people have zero patience mentality they allowed this, again see their terms and conditions, which obviously nobody reads.

Greetings and thx for your reply.

Please dont guess, I DID read the terms and conditions and copied and saved them before this issue.  The rule states you can withdraw the money after the confirmations.  Ive made almost a hundred transactions with never an issue like this.  Therefore I did abide by the rules.  https://sportsbet.io/about/terms-and-conditions.  Please dont assume or guess before accusations.

Did you not put sportsbet scam (first page, 4th entry) or bitcasino scam (first page, 5th entry) into google?

SportsBet scam and BitCasino scam

They also have no valid license: Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, sub-licenses have no legal basis!

One more issue.  Why would you allow me to gamble money from a deposit you never received?  It just disappears?  Then it shows up a few days later.......  If you take bets that lose from unconfirmed transactions, you should pay the ones that win.

There is no logic from your standpoint and all my documents clearly prove all my statements.

Hi Steven,
As expressed via email we understand your frustration.
To reiterate, the transaction in question 2d9b0a48c1e48d219dda5f8064504cd5c7c92c75ddf01c88b43b5b72deb2f6e5 as shown in the screenshot below that you have shared here on the forum, of which is now boxed in red.  This transaction was never confirmed in the blockchain, therefore was never received by us.
Please check for yourself here https://blockchain.info/search?search=2d9b0a48c1e48d219dda5f8064504cd5c7c92c75ddf01c88b43b5b72deb2f6e5

Greetings.

Your statements contradict each other. This is not a double spend.  You received both.  You still claim to not have received one of my deposits.  Or as you say it was declined.  Declined?  After the bet wins, my bet gets declined?

Then you refund the original deposit.

Therefore, its clear you did receive it.   You are just not paying me on my win.  What if that bet lost?  The evidence and documents speak for themselves.  You will lose more money by stealing in a business, due to the large amount of viewers that are viewing this forum and other forums.  Not to mention Karma.

I have been a loyal customer and you have made a lot of money from me.  Now you scam me out of my coin?

Email you with any further questions?  Yes the last 6 emails I've sent to you have gone ignored. Why are you ignoring me?

One more question. Why did you credit my account 50mBTC plus my deposit, if you never received my payment?
Do you feel like you did something wrong?

Security also confirmed this WAS NOT A DOUBLE SPEND

I have also posted this on askgamblers forum.

Please pay me the .35btc you owe me to my account.  I will not settle for your .05btc garbage credit.

I sent two deposits to sportsbet.io.

All screen shots and photos in one link

http://s1378.photobucket.com/user/Moron43210/slideshow/Sport%20Bet

They received both transactions.  Both were pending, yet they still accepted both sports bets, played and won.
323 mBTC and 343 mBTC
They always allow plays while awaiting confirmations (after the receive the hash on the blockchain in their wallet)

After 36 hours both confirmations were not confirmed

So i contact security and I am flagged for what is called a double spend.  (which my account was temporary suspended) After it was released as not a double spend security approves one of my deposits, and simply cancels the other (declined they said)

So they paid for the first bet, declined the second.  One week later they magically received my other deposit.  They apologize for freezing my account and give me 50 free mBTC.  Due to their terms and conditions if this was an attempted double suspend I would have banned for life.

So Now its interesting coz a week after my depsoit they refuse to pay the win on the original bet......  only refund the balance.

So I had to come here document everything and let the world know what happened to me.  Wish I would have saw this forum before.

Thank you

As described you made two deposits where confirmations were delayed, one was eventually confirmed but the other turned out to be a double spend (most likely unintentional). Both bets placed with these deposits won. The win from the failed deposit was invalidated and removed. The win from the later confirmed deposit was credited normally.

If you have any further questions, please contact our security department.

So basically what happened was you won both of your bets, but what sportsbet.io are offering is simply a full refund on your deposits + a 50mBTC compensation compared to an otherwise much bigger win and profit?

What evidence did they even have to accuse you of double spending in the first place?

Providing some screenshots as proof would be nice as well.

Greetings

You are correct, except they actually paid one of the bets, refunded the other.  (yes they paid the smaller play, not paying the larger play)  Also, ive had many previous bets waiting for confirmations end up losing, and they always take the money.

Here are the screen shots - pretty much everything is here.

I have no idea why I was accused of double spending.  I had to google it just to figure out what it means.  I have made numerous deposits and withdrawals never with a problem.  its just strange How both deposits were received at first.  But they only paid out one of them.

Thank you

sportsbet.io does not play fair by all accounts. I doubt if you will ever get your winnings. But one thing is for sure, had you lost 8the bet, they would have kept your deposit after confirmations. Good website to play on, nice UI and all that, but their underhand practices leaves a lot to be desired.

Thank you for your response.  I appreciate the support in reading my claim.  I hope this can benefit others in the future.  I 100% agree if that bet lost I dont get a refund.......  not to mention a .05 btc credit?  What compnay gives away 500$ free dollars, If I violated any terms?

Im a long time customer also.  Always straight both ways.  Very disappointing.  I will pursue this case until I am paid on principle and facts.

Kind regards
