Agreed, but it's really demotivating by having your decently written comment buried below lots of spam. Most people dismiss bitcoin like it's some cheap scam without giving it a chance it deserves.
A few upvotes is what would motivate people write better comments about bitcoin and also make those comments more visible.

Bitcoin is a real solution to some of the greatest problems in the world. There are plenty of great articles and videos that are not about bitcoin, but the audience would be greatly interested in bitcoin if they knew it existed.
I suggest we share such articles or videos here and upvote comments that promote bitcoin.
If we get this strategy working, it would be of huge value when some Cyprus-like disaster hits again and people start looking for solutions.
