There is about a $30 USD spread between US and china right now. pretty impressive
it takes a while to move actual fiat from china to us accounts. so arbitrage is not that fast.
alot of the initial movements are just people noticing a jump, and panic buying the US stuff without even having chinese funds. purely because they speculate and predict the US rise is about to occur. days later you will see the actual arbitragers shifting funds and impacting US exchanges
dont worry, it will happen. just be patient.

The spread is indeed getting kinda big... Maybe there is a problem with arbitrage that normally keeps the prices in line? (and people don't expect it to stay this big of a difference once their funds unlock).
Or the chinese have just massively started buying and US is only slowly starting to catch up.
