- The tokens you sent him,are they tradable at any exchanges now ? Were they tradable at the time you sent them ? Literally,this sounds to me like you're giving him something which doesn't hold any value at the given time.I don't even know how did he agreed on the price of the tokens as $600 when they haven't even hit an exchange yet.

Actually Deal was that 40% of tokens before work and 60% after work done, And i sent 40% tokens which was worth 600 USD and rest 900 USD i had to send after work. but after some days he refused to do work.
BTW he is scammer you know how when i check his account etherscan personally he is holding $7 worth ETH in account. you can imagine a person having more than 1.2 lac subscriber and providing crypto promotion. still he does not ETH is account.
This surely 100% scam. there is one more scam which i am going to add in spreadsheet today.
