I would like to work with your money, to set up an investment fund for projects in Agriculture, Real Estate, Transport and Finance in East Africa. In order to setup the foundations for us to work together, I came up with this strategy:

1. Create 111,000,000 tokens representing shares in the investment.

2. Offer 150,000 tokens for 210 satoshi's each. This will be the pre-seed round which will allow us to get even with the law by registering the legal entities within the countries of operation. I estimate that this process would take about 2 months.

3. After successful registration of the Legal entities, offer 850,000 tokens for 320 satoshi's each. This will be the seed round, and will be applied in select areas of  Agriculture, Transport and Micro-Finance. The project will thence run for the next 5 to 8 months and it is from the performance obtained that we will then make the decision to proceed or not with funding that will allow us to scale.

Frequent Concerns:

a. Africa!? Yes, East Africa is within Africa and we sure do have our proclivity towards scamming old white ladies. But seeing that am not a Prince or Heir to anything worth speaking about, you can rest assured that at best I'll scam myself.

b. Tokens/Securities/Shares? Which one pray tell! Ahem, we will work our way as close as possible to the legal sun as is humanly possible. At the very least, I would be ready to buy back every single token with a healthy profit margin, but if all goes according to plan, some law somewhere should allow us to interface the virtual world of securities to the digital world of tokens.

c. Who are you? I am.

d. Boy, you are wordy! Am I?

e. Is this a get-rich-quick scheme? I do not know! But it is a get rich scheme.

f. What do you want from me? That you put up/send 0.021BTC to for a 10,000 Tokens stake. Thank you very much.

I am willing to discuss the nitty-gritty of this entire scheme with individuals who will have aligned their money with this project. That is, I only preach to the choir.
