Just to update, I have been accepted in my claim for a scammer tag of snapman, If he pays back the 19.36BTC (22 -1.7 -0.94) owed to me, He may appeal to the mods, and I will notify of full payment received, Then mod's decision to remove or not.

In any case don't think that will work, Hell, I seen a post with reams of snipped evidence, paypal, accounts, convo's, P.M's, all amounts of transaction pic's,  and mod says, Pictures are not evidence as it can be altered, Which completely disregards the whole post.
So I don't really stand a chance getting him scammer tagged with what I got.

He said he sold his Wii, and after contacting the buyer, he said (VIP) he wants snapman to send first over a week ago and he declined.
so snapman Is obviously not telling the full truth to anything.

I understamd that this is a bold step to make, I know i should have got more info, But here we are, Snapman, If you have something to say, say it here in court.
