You realise that this thread is from 2010, right?

well people are resurrecting dead threads, and making comments. so adding comments to dead threads on a topic, is better then starting new threads and having the same info repeated on 100's of threads.

so i find it more appropriate to not have started a new thread purely because this one started in 2010

In my opinion bitcoin don't need any advertising

+1

just like the dollar or the pound doesnt need advertising. but services ontop of FIAT would advertise as they are a business / service a layer above FIAT. EG western union, visa, mastercard.

this is where businesses a layer above bitcoin, such as: bitpay, bitstamp, localbitcoins, etc would pay to get their business advertised and entice people into the bitcoin ecosphere

A question to everyone: from which sites would you buy ad space for the project? Freetalklive.com would be a good pick if we want to find people with ideological support to the project. Where do we find people who are interested in the idea and are also technically able to utilize it?

In addition to Facebook and Google adwords, AdBrite.com is also an option. There you can choose the page you want to advertise on.

Well, I think, at today's date advertising bitcoin online is an irrelevant idea. It was required when Sirius posted it. I am just taking this opportunity to inform the emerging bitcoin businesses about a new site with a lot of bitcoin newbies.

We launched www.CoinLearn.org at the end of Jan, 2014 and in the month of March 2014 we have received 0.4 million+ pageviews. Interested advertisers may ask for detailed Google analytics data.

Love this toppic>

St. Louis Fed Vice President David Andolfatto has outed himself as the central bank official most bullish on Bitcoin.
In a new presentation, Andolfatto calls Bitcoin "a stroke of genius" and says the digital currency's technology is causing existing financial institutions will have to "adapt or die."

Great presentation - but surely deserving of its own thread?
