I have been weighing fiat/asset-backed and other projects for a while now and I'm still in favor of projects like Havven and maker.
Lots of scalability to it and the network gets stronger as more people join it

big fan of havven for the infrastructure, transparency, and team.

IMO this is what stablecoins need to be: proactive and transparent. I like havven the best because they are always announcing news and developments.

Try the Korona Coin. This project is a great project and I think it will become successful.
