In general, of course, the sale of an account is not something that contradicts the ToS of an online casino, and this may lead to claims from the platform to the buyer, because here you will probably have to use a VPN, so it may cause blocking in the future.
Is that a mistake? Because sales of betting account contradicts the ToS of many gambling sites, including casinos, only few gambling sites do not include that in their ToS. Just like you said, some people may buy an account, use VPN and later their account will be blocked because some gambling sites included the forbidden of VPN in their ToS. Before using any gambling site, the ToS should well be fully read.

Read Stake terms of services: https://stake.com/policies/terms

You are prohibited from selling, transferring or acquiring Player Accounts to or from other Players.

Selling and buying of account is against Stake's terms of service.

Ya, it is generally a bad idea to buy accounts in any situation.  You never know if the person who owned the account before you engaged in shady behavior that could find itself to you down the line.  Maybe the account is going to have any funds deposited seized or maybe the account was KYC'd to a bad person that is wanted by the police, or who knows...  The original owner could reclaim his account using his identity as verification...  The list goes on and on why it's a bad idea to do something like this.  Least of which is probably Stake closing the account and your money being wasted.

Lmfao this has to be the dumbest response I’ve ever seen in my life.

First of all, I have sold over 20 diamond accounts, second of all, they aren’t KYCd and police have no interest or connection to a gambling account so maybe use some common sense before you speak.
