I don't know how big these bonuses are compared to the amount he's charging, but the problem here is not the site detecting this as cheating, he's probably going to use real pictures of real individuals. The problem is... what happens if he contacts Stake afterwards and try to claim the accounts back? He will most definitely be able to do that given that they're linked to his identity (or the people he works with).
This is known as identity thefts and there is a big chances of claiming their accounts since he has them already. That's is why I do not encourage anyone someone else ID or maybe getting verified through another individual as there are higher tendency of them getting reverting everything where the real owner who has access to the account would get to lost access because they have already retrieved the account from the owner since they had the verification.

If you received an email from Stake offering a bonus for completing KYC but are unable to do so due to regional or other restrictions, hit me up on Tg: Cas024. I have many vouches, with over 50 users verified—all transparent. Easy money for anyone who received the bonus.

Your account is a newbie account with no activities here so how do you expect us to believe you. Do you think members here would give into chatting you up on telegram for such engagement? If you claim you have vouches how do we know they are genuine and real and do you think the casino would not be able to detect such of you intend cheating? Stake is not a small casino to say so stop the joke and be realistic.

Stake does not care about such activity as their main goal is to drain you bank account. If they really did care they would've implemented a live video verification where people would have to prove it's them on the ID through biometrics.

Do not forget that Stake is an institution on its own and as such have their own policies and they also abide to the regulations of the jurisdiction in which they operate from. So in that course, they would definitely implement their own policy as it suits them in obeisance to the government rules.

OP, your offer might be alright from your perspective but  do you think it is a safe one to do? What if after a period of time maybe the account holder makes some silly mistake and is requested to undergo a verification again and the account holds a good amount of money in it and maybe you are no where to be found, how will the account holder go about it? do you not think his money would be seized and account banned.

I think the bonuses is quite alright  because I have come across a post on the gambling board were a member made mention of a situation as this and that he was given three months or so to update his kyc and he said he registered when stake had no kyc policy but he has been playing with stake for four years and counting  and has invested good amount of money till the kyc development came up.
