OP is very desparate for his loss. He lose on stake in fair and square, and then he angry to them. Started with new thread calling stake is scam site, then make another thread claimed someone also has problem like him while that person didn't ever complained. Do you get i meant?

There is no doubt that the man made such an attempt to tarnish the reputation of stake.com. He has been coming to the forum since the beginning with various misleading allegations about Primedice. You will notice that this guy has been using Primedice regularly and comes up with all the false allegations every year. If he has so many problems with Primedice and Stake, he may refrain from using them.

It's ironic this person tagged as a scammer by quite a few reputable people is claiming such acts by others, they really have not provided a single shred of evidence - a screenshot of a random chat doesn't prove anything. While nobody should be above suspicion of wrong doing, Stake really has little reason to scam - people flock to their games every day and the "house" is already engineered get to skim a small commission off most bets. They don't need to scam because they own what basically amounts to a money printing machine, at this point they have done most of the development groundwork so little extra expense there, staffing costs are minimal and the advertising budget can be very flexible. What you usually find when random strangers come out and accuse a big gaming site of abuse, it is usually someone who has deposited money and lost it all. They want to try damaging the reputation as a way of revenge and hurting them back.

The problem with making ridiculous threads like this is if there were an actual real issue people could become desensitized to the false claims and ignore it. The boy who cried wolf if you will. People really need to stop letting their fantasies go wild with ridiculous scam accusations and try having some simple requirements, the first of which being an actual victim.

Obviously the accusations are all fake, it's all hearsay you mean the guy let you in in his account, that could be a violation of the rule, only a player can log in to his account, especially if you are not on the same location, and with $600k on his account he can file or negotiate with a good lawyer to file a case, any lawyer will grab the opportunity to represent the guy, if he is not cheating and really deserves that amount.

Instead of creating accusiations about the said site, why don't you let the one who has been scammed to make his own move? I'm sorry to say but your proof isn't enough to justify your accusations. The stake has a good reputation and it wouldn't be fair to say things against it without valid evidence. You should go through a legal process and prove it instead of posting hearsays about it.

Normally, the person who got scammed usually posts these kind of threads with or without proof which is why I find op amusing here. Advised him several times to stop complaining without proper proof in his previous accusation threads.
His previous accusation threads ended up as pointless threads which is why he created this new thread.

You know in this forum you can actually contact those representatives and even post a plea to get help from the whole site. See it's a hard thing to maintain your name therefore we should be wise even before making such arguments because this image proves nothing. Maybe the guy could have already resolved his issue for sure. There have been already a lot of issues like this but most often it was the player's fault. Either they used VPN or maybe belonged to a country where it got banned 🚫.
See not always its from the side of the company. I hope you can provide us more information on this care. Maybe do a study and see, connect the dots. I hope we can know more about this.

It would have been easier to judge if you had shared the proof that the person had put up on the chat. Also, its nice to spread awareness but not very intuitive if you aren't the owner of that account looking to withdraw. Anyways, hopefully the issue gets resolved. We cant judge these cases as we havent seen or being able to verify the proof he had put up. Maybe suggest him to email stake? he did win 12 btc but they ignored him about cashout

The thing here is that, he played on stake and the reputation if not settled by the partner slot provider can cause some issues and vague accusations but then of the guy play in stake original games like dice , plinko like the one bitcoinerz( a guy who won more than 50 btc in stake) did then stake has no hesitant to procceed the withdrawal like the guy did.

He should be the one to prove his case and you can support him if he opens a scam accusation unless you can show proof of the guy allegations, it is all hearsay, this is not the way to file a complaint, the victim should be the one to do it, show proof, how can Stake.com defend themselves if the one who should file a complaint is not doing it, there is no such thing as representative here, the owner of the account should step out and prove his complaint.
