I have to agree with FatFork above, especially if you're a regular gambler. It might work on smaller wins or test accounts, since most of the KYC processes are being triggered at a later stage or larger wins, but overall it's never worth it. You wouldn't believe the complex matrix that is behind the system of detecting fraudulent users, the casinos have been battling them for decades, so ideally just don't do it from the start Smiley

You are one more troll from Stake.com

Hi

I made deposit 11k xrp to my stake account.

I have to say that I have some issues with your story. You claim that it is your Stake account, right?

From the screenshots you attached and the email address you used on Stake, it's evident that your name is "Tino Č.", which is a male name. However, in your documents for KYC verification, the name you used is "Martina O.", which is a female name, and the person in the photo on your document appears to be a female.

So, you either use someone else's email address to sign up and communicate with Stake casino or you use someone else's documents in the KYC process. Which is it?

Ahahahaha, are you joke??? I can use mail what I want, from boyfriend, from girlfriend, from mam, from dad. Stake also pay you for this post?

No, I am not paid by Stake for my posts. I'm just a neutral observer here.

Although you can use anyone's email address (if that's what you claim), I'm just pointing out that it doesn't make sense to do so. Email is a personal communication tool, and it's not appropriate to use someone else's email address, especially to register for an account on a website. Using someone else's email address is impersonation, and in some cases, it could even be considered illegal.
On the other hand, if you use someone else's personal documents, such as a passport or personal ID card, to pass KYC verification, you're committing identity fraud. This is a serious crime, and you could face legal consequences. In some countries, using someone else's personal documents is even considered identity theft and can result in jail time.

I see now that you are Stake troll. I can put name on mail what I want. I can open mail under name Donald Trump and open every account what I want.
All what you write here, its totally wrong.

Only important here that Stake.com steal my deposit. Nobody can steal your deposit.

I don't believe that 11k XRP is darkened by stakes, as far as I am a stake user I have never faced any problems depositing or withdrawing, Stake is one of the best platforms and many people have thought positively about me, from your case you have broken their rules, like using multiple accounts, well of course your account is blocked, you should talk to them nicely and politely and follow their directions

I think Stake pay you for good reviews. But I have strong proofs that is Stake scam casino and site.

I provide one more proof, that Stake is scam. In my case Askgamblers say, that Stake havent good proofs for blocked my account.

It's really bad but hasn't heard of any such scam regarding Stake. Verifications are mandatory; if they ask for proof, something might be wrong.
Please try contacting them twice. Still, your issue remains unresolved, and you can post this in the scam accusation section on this forum.

Trust me, 11k XRP isn't huge for Stake, Stunna even said he doesn't care with previous accusation worth with $70,000 as they have paid much bigger than that amount to their gambler who wins on their casino. Stake is one of most reputable & trusted casino ever, no doubt about it.

Goodluck anyway with your accusation OP, hopefully this problem can solved ASAP.

Stunna should make a reply here and show some proof or at least a real explanation what is going on here.
He doesn't need to give any reply if the case already answered by stake's support.

Of course they don't care, they stole a few million from the users. whether it's $20 or $200k, it doesn't matter, the money was stolen. Their explanations are given without any proof. Such explanations are given by 1xbet (I know people who will also say that 1xbet is a good bookmaker)

Maybe because you sent directly from Binance, some sites make problems when the deposit comes from an exchange.

Strange.

IMO a website that accuses a user of anything should always provide proof or at least an explanation why they accuse him or her of multi accounting. Shared wallet addresses, IPs and other things can be explained and should not be a final decision maker of marking someone as a TOS violator.

Without explanation this can happen to any user at any time , that's why I stay away from all the crypto gambling sites, they make their TOS open to scam the players.

Stake became big scam. Many bad reviews on Trustpilot

if they lie like this to askgamblers, what can we expect them to do to normal users where there is no protection .

You did well to report this case to the police of Serbia. They make an organized fraud from a country where they shouldn't do it (they represent that company as a supporter that is not related to stake even though all the employees of that company boast that they work for stake)

I do NOT understand this case. the deposit was stolen without the game?

verification - a classic story, the way they steal money in the last two years is identical. Even if you verify all levels, you will not be paid

Yes, they steal only my deposit, without any reason. They completed verification Levels but after that they blocked my account.

Can you show the transaction ID.

I bet you made 1 crucial mistake, deposited from a wallet that was used for a previous stake transaction in the past. Instant flag .

I open account first time, and use first time this wallet, but If I do mistake, they cant steal only deposit without play.

I think OP provably a new user. He should have known about the platform before creating his account. Also, when the account is created, different conditions are shown. OP should follow the rules but he didn't care about any of that. He has created multi account which is considered the violation of rules as principle of stake. As far i know there is no way to get his money but OP can talk with them. A gambler should never create multiple accounts or conduct gambling activities ‍without knowing the rules.
yes, let alone looking for profit from affiliate bonuses by creating multiple accounts registering from the OP account affiliate link, it is clear that it is strictly prohibited to also take other benefits and violate casino rules, I think not only Stake but other casinos also have the same rules, even more stringent than Stake

I'm glad to see that stake.com has created an army of bots as well

First of all I dont open multiple account, this is only reason from Stake to steal money, they dont show any proofs about that. First they say is multiple account, after that they write I upload fake ID, this is very bad reason, because I provide them documents over 5 times, and after my complaint they Completed Level 2 and Leve 3, if my ID fake why they Completed Level 2?? Also why they dont answer me on mail? I write Everton; Watford and Sun why they promote scam bookie?
Why does anyone think that if stake is a big and well-known company, that they work correctly and honestly? They stole over millions and millions dollars from members.

I provide proofs:

https://ibb.co/q9x4fCW

https://ibb.co/R0w1Df1

https://ibb.co/JvxQ2jy

I provide proofs from last few days. They say fake ID, after that they Completed Level2 and Level3, after that they disabled account.
I never hear that bookies can steal deposit

Due to repeated breach of Stake's Term Of Service regarding multi-accounting, all functionality on your account has been removed.

You will not be able to use Stake in any capacity, including to place bets and any transactions.

Any future accounts that are created that are linked back to this account, or any other account, will receive the same restrictions.

Regards
Stake

I'm not here to defend anyone but just to explain.

after I read from the picture above it seems you have a problem with multiple accounts. and what i know is that Stake.com has a great team to research multi account issues. so it is likely that you are suspected of having more than one account.
and I suggest you to contact Stunna I think he can help you to solve all this
I think everyone also understands that no one will side with the wrong place, of course, we think again that Stake is a big casino company, what does 11k Xrp mean for them, I know actually this problem can be solved as long as it's done in a good way and the OP doesn't breaking the rules too, I think @Stunna can help to solve the problem if indeed the answers from other Stake teams don't satisfy the OP, I also see the OP has made a post in the ANN Stake thread and haven't received an answer, try again with the method above, hopefully that way it works and the problem can be solved immediately, BTW the OP username looks unfit for use if in the end the OP problem can be solved later

I'm not taking sides here, but in years of being in this community, seldom this a big crypto casino will stake their reputation for such a amount of money.

Maybe there is something that their fraud division see, like a red flag in your account or from the source of money that's why they are asking you for a KYC.

Best of luck though and hope that you can resolved your issues.

OP do the following:

contact @Stunna and explains all your problem, show you proof and she can help you solve your problem, if you are right I believe that the casino will make a decision in your favor, but if you are wrong the casino will make a decision in favor of their TOS. you don't lose anything by contacting her, on this issue of contacting the teams they sponsor I think it's something you have to think about a lot, if you are wrong and they are right you can be sued by them for slander and defamation, in that case it will be you who can go to jail or pay a fine to them. Is it really worth going down this path? are you really clean on this story to go this far with it? these teams have legal advisors who can ask you a lot of questions and if you are wrong you will get hurt

Send me a DM I can help you further

you can't help OP because you're not a casino employee, how could you help OP when you're not a casino employee? Honestly this thread should be locked/delete and the name of the thread change. No proof, and a new user. This could even be an other crypto casino trying to ruin Stake's reputation.
I don't want to make a lot of comments and make accusations. I think this is part of the competition between fellow casinos, there will always be something like this, believe me  Cheesy

cmon man, Stake is a serious company. If they are asking your for verification and the process is not finishing it means that there is something wrong withthe documents you are providing.

Besides, since you've deposited that kind of amount it is normal for them to request ID as they need to knmow the origins of the funds due to compliance issues.
there will always be a lot of threads like this every week, I think not only stake.com maybe there are other sites that will be accused of fraud, even though they are only asked to read the casino regulations before making a large deposit for example completing the documents correctly and not making multiple accounts let alone cheat

First of all I will give you a suggestion that you posted your post in a wrong place.  You can move your post on Scams Auctions thread.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Also, your account may have been permanently banned due to some of your mistakes.  In particular, there are some trusted sites in which multiple accounts are permanently banned.  Moreover, Stake.com is an important gambling and casino site.  They spend millions of dollars every year on their site promotion.  In particular, they spend millions of dollars every year on football and various advertisements.  A small error on your part can't cause such a big site to do bad publicity.  You can review stake.com's annual performance to see how big a trusted side they are.

stake.com  promoted their site on watford (England Premier League) FC on 2020-2021.

Watford FC official jersey.

Everton FC official jersey (2022-2023)

Since Stake.com spends a lot of dollars on promotion every year, they don't want to damage their trusted side by scamming a few dollars from users like you.

They running bitcointalk signature campaign since more than 103 weeks  (15/11/2022)...

Why you work at stake.com ? Or you have any connections with them? You also charge a commission? And yea ofc you Will charge the commission upfront and then block the client (here the OP).

Never fall for such traps and scams. OP be aware.

OP from your case, it purely seems like you have multi accounts, for which they blocked your account. And the accounts connected before, have already abused the casino, for which they have blocked your account with balance. Just request them to return your deposit and move on.
