I'm still at same place no help yet from stake.
Even for transaction screenshot i provided them my bc game casino withdraw to stake deposit address.
Where they can easily see "ammount date transaction I'd and stake deposit full address"
But they just don't want to help at all

Fucking with me in every mall. Now they stopped replying me at all.

If you have provided their required information then they should help you to solve your case. Instead of posting here better send personal message to their bitcointalk profile or to their support. Even you may inform to the campaign manager of them to make concentrate of them about the accusation.

That's kinda the point of using 2FA. Social engineering can answer many of the questions they asked, but a signed message can't be faked. I would have my doubts too if someone says they are the owner but can't sign a message to prove it. And when there's doubt, they shouldn't give you access to the account.
It is not a blockchain address for what if we forget our private key/seed or something like that then we would not be able to login into the account. On Stake.com there might have registered too many information. If all the information is right which is associated at the time of creation or facing the issue then they should help the OP. It is the fault of the op that s/he lost his/her 2fa and didn't backup the code of the 2fa. That doesn't mean there should have no alternative way to recover the account. I think they should have an option.

If you can't provide them with what they ask then you aren't getting your account back.

If Stake gives someone's account to a scammer that pretends to lose their 2fa and password, that's Stakes fault.
If someone loses their 2fa and password and can't access their account anymore, that's not Stakes fault.

Back your shit up next time.

I don't know if the OP is the real account owner. But, Suppose he is the real owner. What if he can't find the backups?
I think it's a reasonable assumption not to gamble with everything you own. By losing his wallet backup, he lost access to all his coins except for the small amount on Stake. That's just the reality of what happens when you deal with crypto without making a backup.
Or, and that still can't be ruled out: he's not the original account owner. If that's the case, we can't know what happened to the real owner. Giving access to the wrong person can't be undone.

Update: Our front-end provider was social engineered. An administrator that works for this major company granted a random person's account access, something we did not even think was a possibility (google, facebook amongst others use our provider to some extent).

I've personally looked into this. User could not provide a clear screenshot of some relevant and easy to find information, even when we've linked him to the exact URL needed to find the information. Therefore, we sadly had to decline his request.

Would you like to help me as well? https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/stake-holding-my-balance-70000-claiming-odds-provider-investigation-5383835

Or you gonna let it be because that earn you $70k?

Asking the obvious: what happened to your backups?
How can you not have a backup of your wallet? For most wallets a 12 word seed phrase is enough, so you don't have to rely on your phone to keep working.

I don't know if the OP is the real account owner. But, Suppose he is the real owner. What if he can't find the backups? Take me for example, I love to travel a lot. Most of the time, I use my mobile device's note text file to save 12-word seed phrases. I use multiple wallets like coinbase, Binance, So I guess I can recover my account easily if have my Simcard. But, If I lost my text file, I can lose access to my Meta Mask wallet.

Somehow he could lose the backups too. That's why he is here.
Look at the Stake's Requirement to verify his identity.

1.What is the account username you want to recover?
2.What email is connected to this account?
3.What phone number is connected to the account?
4.What is the current balance on the account in question?
Could you please send us a full screenshot from your personal wallet of older and larger deposit or withdrawal transactions related to this account?
5.Did you send any tips (fund transfer to another Stake account)?
6.What is the public IP you used to access this account? (You can find public IP by searching this term on Google "what is my IP")
7.Do you have any referrals registered over affiliate links on this account?
8.What device you have used before to access this account?
9.Please provide us with the last 3 digits of your ID document that you used to verify your Stake account.

Suppose, He is not the real owner of the account and the email was compromised. Still, Do you believe all those highlighted information can be provided by others without a real account owner? As OP said, He already Provided all the information except a few big transactions from his wallet. Don't you think this is enough?

You've done the right thing declining his request, he posted his issues here in the hope that he can help, but support has answered and where he is now, it's been three days since now,  that he is not doing a follow-up if I have an issue and created a report I will follow it up the moment one of the support follow up with my complaint.
And it seems the issue is on him he cannot follow simple instructions making his complaint weak.

By looking at this thread I bet it was a real treat for support to deal with this guy.

They did their best and followed procedures correctly. There's a lot of social engineering in the crypto-world sadly, especially this year.

I even provided the link and explained how the user can find his withdrawals that are older than a month, which our support staff then supplied to him.

In Search of Incredible
I faced pretty similar issue like you in 2019. Someone got the access of my Stake account and set 2fa as well. The scene is different in your case, but the issue is pretty same. I had reached their email support to resolve the issue. I also created a topic in their forum support section (My stake account hacked!). Stake email support had asked me to provide some details to verify the ownership of my account.

I can see that they have asked similar questions to you as well. However, my issue was resolved without much difficulties. I had 7 conversations with their email support. I had provided them my account username, email address, current account balance, the address I used to make deposits, my public IP address. I had also provided some deposit screenshot which I made from my primedice account. I don't know why they are making it so difficult in your case even after providing some necessary information. Try to create a topic in Stake community about your problem.

Spear the bees
If someone contacts you without 2FA but with access to email, they could use further information from any cross-linked websites from that address, possibly including things like your B2B withdrawal screenshots and some other information. It's not ideal that they would ask for this and then more, instead of what would have been necessary for a threshold of confidence, but you know what they say about unknown information.

Suppose your email was compromised for just a few hours: would they have enough to expose your Stake account?

Hey, I had a worse problem with them.

I have access to the account because I have the 2fa, but I was logged out of gmail. And they don't allow me to change the email, only if I verify with my identity the account.

Hey,
My stake username is Account

So basically the story is my phone got fucked up. So reset my device/phone.

Becouse of this i lost all my data, email password 2fa access.
But as having a little brain. I never forgotten my email and password. But lossed 2fa.

I tried to contact stake support through mail. Becouse they don't help these through live support.

Stake asked me. I need to give this information to get back to my account.

I gave them all screenshots. And informed all information and they agreed.

But now one thing they got fucked up. Asking me for wallet transaction from wallet to stake account.
Not even one proof they want diffrent proofs flike "btc, doge, trx" and more

Man as I lost all my data access ofcourse I lost my wallet too.
But still somehow i provided two proof. One of my bc.game to stake deposit. And other cctip wallet to stake deposit.
They still cock sucking stake support thinks it's not enough. And want more screenshots man I gave you what I have.
After having 42+ mails conversation waiting a whole day.
They aren't helping me out.
Just A1 troll support.
I gave 2 transactions proof. They you can easily see. [ Date/time, ammount and full deposit address]
Now what's make you think I don't own my account.

I'm really fucking tired now. This is dark side of stake. How they fuck with people. Name of support "just fucking people who got the problem"

Im done really. They ain't helping me to remove 2fa so I can login back.

I hope putting here will help a little. Good luck all.
This is what it is. Stake support sucks. Even giving all proofs ain't enough.
