It's funny how all of us are defending stake.com while if it was some other site, it would probably get ruined over this  Cheesy
YES, I think this is another scam -_-

nope, i dont think is scam, thay have always pay the gamblers...iit is a good site  Wink

They are not a scam site because for a long time they are running this business so they know how to make a profit from this business without cheating players. Currently, their site got a lot of issues which they need to fix first otherwise many players will start to think that these current (lag) issues causing their loss. They should fix it soon and prove all these claims are wrong.

I can't do anything i am totally cut off from the site i can only play on stake.com and i have reproduced this bug and it's a visual bug which i was trying to explain to their site but by the time i type it i was banned from live support i can't get in contact with their staff.Trying to contact their staff with new account now let's see how it goes.
You don't need to chat or talk to live support to switch your preferences for privacy to public. AFAIK you should be able to do that and let everyone see that there was no foul play involved during the time of the video. If we can check that you legitimately bet those times (and solely on that one screen) then most would be more inclined to believe in your statements. Otherwise, it simply seems really shady.
Here is the page of those bets which i showed in the video

https://stake.com/users/Saw222/statistics/dice?page=24

I have already removed the video from YT(because i was wrong) if you want to see the video i can post it here.

It's a Visual bug which happens when your change "Roll under to win" to "Roll over to win" and i have tried it again and i can reproduce it.As for the bets in that video admins can only show them to us because once you play a number of games then user can't see old game log.

Edit: sorry my mistake user can see old game log changing my setting to public now.

its just the issue in the website , that did not called Scam , Number of person reported about this issue in main thread , team already working on this to Solve ASAp , stunna is most reputable person  on this forum as well as in gambling also , do not think so they can scam

One more thing during the time Stake.com was getting ddos i had lost balance on mines game their staff told me they will contact me once a admin is online guess what 1 week past i had not gotten any message from the staff nor my balance was refunded.Basically the main point they think i was faking this video because i had told their staff about a exploiting method a guy was using (he is my friend). So they though i was faking this video just for reward.Yea i wanted reward for finding this bug but more then that i wanted to prove that i am not going to lie for freaking few dollars as reward.I even asked their live support staff to get me contact with admin so i could show him i am not lying but i was told i can not get in contact with admin i can talk to them through live support staff only. What a joke. They won't let me prove it that i was not lying but they would ban me from their whole site.

You shared the method publically Thats why they ban you , giving Negative views for particular Site not good. May be they know What you are doing , that's why you are here with another new account
i wasn't banned for sharing the "method" i was banned because i was ragging on their site which i explained above why i was raging.

Read the post above yours.Plus i am not here with another account my original username is taken here that's why i had to create this username. If i wanted to give negative views i would had not came here to explain it and about the method i told their staff even posted about it on stake.com forum( that thread is deleted because i asked them) their admin said something "they would have to risk their whole balance for this bug plus it would take them time to reach minimum withdrawal amount" so after 1 week of that reply i posted the method aka faucet bug on TBN.If i really wanted to hurt stake.com i would have posted the method on TBN which i told Stake.com live support.By this Faucet bug method i bought around 60+ users to Stake.com = more traffic for stake.com.

I love Stake.com but their staff way of doing stuff with users are very slow because of that i was really annoyed then i in-countered this visual bug which at first i though was a scam by Stake.com then the thing which really made me mad was their live support told me admin would contact me and i waited for 4hours+ still i had not gotten any message from their admin nor staff regarding this matter then i started raging at forum + started spamming my thread link on stake.com chat then live support staff banned me from live support because i was trying to explain that i was not lying.I have already taken the videos down i could have waited little bit more for their admin but i was furious because i was left hanged for the whole fund i lost during the time their site was getting ddos.Stake.com is legit but their live support is useless regarding these type of bugs where users can't get in contact with admins to explain and users have to talk through live support staff.Stake.com should hire some Super staff who can look into these lost fund problem so users won't have to wait for hours for admins. @Stunna i have contacted stake.com live support with a new account they told me to wait for your reply.

Right at this timestamp the auto bet kicks in and appears to wager 19 satoshi to a loss but in reality his balance was deducted by 29 satoshi.
https://youtu.be/rUaA0YuqogY?t=52
Here, it bets 36 and appears to have lost but in reality the balance was increased by 6 satoshi.
If OP would unlock his account and let people look at the full bet history then it would be easy to see if this discrepancy originated from Stake or the user.

If you aren't running multiple bets at once, then explain this.

http://imgur.com/a/xX4Mb

Shows two wins at different values, then two resets back to base bet.

There's a lot of weird stuff going on in this video.

I'd like to preface this by saying that this individual has 20 support tickets open for a variety of issues including that he was being cheated because "when autobetting on 6x, everytime you get two greens in a row, its always a red" and has continued to play and report new issues and ask us for money. I wonder why not just quit if you're encountering all these issues.

If you feel you've been cheated and wanted to help us actually see what was going on you could change your seed so we can verify what's going on, otherwise this video is pretty unhelpful. I haven't been able to reproduce this issue or heard any other reports regarding this.

If you were able to help us reproduce and prove the issue I'd offer you a reward but it seems you're more interested in proving the website is a scam given your spam on stake forums and handful of videos and tickets.

It is one of the irresponsible replies from a reputed casino owner.

Did you mention in your site it is full of a bug so if you see any issues please stop playing?

If you can't reproduce this issue means are you saying that OP has reported fake video? If not, your site is not stable so immediately shut it down.

Check you mean thread people are reporting so many issues and you playing with peoples money.

I can see why you'd feel that way, maybe that was an immature response by me but I take accusations like this very personally.  It's very easy to edit the page elements to gain this result, but just because the user has falsely reported before doesn't mean that's necessarily the case here.

We take all reports seriously and we spent time trying to reproduce the issue and the user needs to change server seeds for us to be able to verify the results of the bets and see what's going on. If there is a potential visual bug I want it fixed more than anyone.

We offer bounties for reports that we can reproduce and fix. If there's any question that we don't take these types of issues seriously, on Primedice recently a user experienced a visual bug on a 10 BTC bet which made him think he had lost instead of won the bet despite his balance correctly updating which resulted in him placing another large bet which he lost. In that case we were able to reproduce and ended up reimbursing the player 10 BTC and fixed the bug.

Well i wish i had recorded those live support chat in which i have been called that i am faking/editing these video By their "Admin" rather then asking me to reproduce this bug.Guys they banned me from Stake.com chat from their live support and from their forum(because i was ragging regarding this matter). In past i had posted about a bug on their forum and guess what my post on their forum was hidden without even sending me a PM why it is being hidden.Gonna Quote what their admin said to their staff "Admins checked the game logs, bet id's and concluded that you have edited your video. I quoted them for you.
"The video was edited, there is 9 nonce skipped during the two bets, but in the video, it is shown like it happened right one after the other" ".Sorry for late reply i was out of town.

I just came from a strange thread by a newbie about this site stake.com. It was a video telling us how to win at stake.com . Why would someone do that ? The owner ? Someone they hire ? Why else would this thread tell lies like telling us how to win at a casino. This sort of promoting is happening so soon after it's launch. Now we have threads like this. No man I hope this is not the new "in" scam these guys are using now.

I opted out of the site after seeing how the site continue to lag until my account is busted. It happened to me severally. Seems its a deliberate attempt to bust accounts.
I'm unsure as to what your logic is. They would make it lag and in turn, have you bet slower in order for you to bust out? Why wouldn't the bets be faster in order to play off hot-headedness? Adding time for gamblers to think about what they're doing would be unprofitable. Even objectively it seems completely illogical.

Seem weird. Check the bets you can see its nonce, But when you check it 2 bets you'll see the number of bets are more than shown in the video. which mean bettings are parallel. This video seems fake and trying to down the site.  I feel something fishy here.

Stunna won't do such thing. He won't destroy his name, his reputation that he gained and carer by doing that shameful thing. Pd won't have that number of bets, pd won't become no.1 dice site, pd won't become succesful, etc. if Stunna was that kind of person. It's just simply a bug.

It is some kind of bug, the stake gambling site doesn't know it maybe you can report it to the owner of the site, they might run a beta testing of that game, the site is probably fair, however some site might do something weird.

face the same lagging problem. I don't know why they deploy their business without testing.
Lag is perpetuated by the amount of player traffic. At the start of the site when there weren't as many players betting constantly, the response speed was extremely fast. Only after a significant number of players joined did the server start to stutter.

Site admin should be knowing all these details better than us then why they are taking so long time to fix these repeated issues. If you check their official thread people reporting this issue for a long time but not resolved yet. When people play with their money and face these issues they will not be happy but if one playing with faucet money then they can take these things lightly.

i know that stake.com is a trustworthy site,
but can you make it a bit light for us to play?
because it is very lag as hell, whenever i tried to play roullete it will always circling for 1 minute until it stopped.
i do not know what is going on,but it's really annoying to play with.
sometimes whenever i playit, it stopped and when i refreshed it my balance already decreased and show the result

May be some bug or their current servers can't take the load. It looks like many players are not happy with these issues. Someone already opened up a scam accusation thread about this site but that may not be true. These issues look small but when people lose money because of these issues then they will frustrate about the site bugs.

It isn't a scam, however Stake is currently riddled with bugs including massive lag and issues like what you just showed. If you're trying to play dice, I recommend playing elsewhre as the house edge at Stake for dice is 2%. Why would you play dice at Stake when you can play at any other site for 1/2 the house edge % if not lower like sites such as Safedice?

If they think that site got so many bugs then they shouldn't allow people play on their site using peoples hard earned money. They need to spend money to test the site before releasing it to the public. If they are not doing it means they are responsible for all these issues and they need to check each and every bet to refund all players lost money with these bugs. I know they are reputed guys but that doesn't mean that they can release bug site to people.

The people behind it have good standing in the community. It's just the site still has many a bug and issue to solve since they launched, rather than them actively trying to cheat you. It wouldn't even make sense to do it in such a ham-fisted manner.

Honestly I like PrimeDice and I trust it and everything but they really should of had some soft opening first for Stake.com and do major bug bounties and testing.

They did that, but it evidently wasn't enough. Hindsight is..

If anything its probability some visual bug and the way its displayed.

The site still has horrible lag and makes it very unpleasant to use.

The site is fairly new given that the official released was just last month, major and minor bugs should be expected, i have been playing here since the alpha test and i see that they've been doing their best to make everything runs smooth. I am sure they won't scam users and ruin their reputation just like that, just look at the prizes they put on each of their giveaways.

But hopefully they get back to you soon and offer a bounty for this.

Sites still being tested and has some serious lag issues, so I think anything is possible at this stage of testing.
Contact them and see what they say, lots of mods to pass issues on and upwards.

It's funny how all of us are defending stake.com while if it was some other site, it would probably get ruined over this  Cheesy
I don't think Stunna would ruin his reputation like this.

I checked it, bets are showing correct results, but i don't play there because site is lagging as hell. Bugs are always possible.
I agree on this one, if this was any other site it would be bashed lol.

YES, I think this is another scam -_-

Nope.
I just made a comment on the situation, because it is kinda funny xD
But seriously though
I don't think this has anything to do with scamming because he didn't just lose bets he was supposed to win but he also won bets he was supposed to lose
Still though, I think Stunna is one of the most reputable people here and I can bet on it that the poster of the vid will be compensated if he contacts him.
Bugs happen, it's not an excuse though!
Such software should never be published without being thoroughly tested.
I don't think too that this is a scam. And yes, I think if it was another site then that site would be destroyed immediately. What separates stake.com from other gambling sites that could have committed this error is that stake.com's owners have pretty good reputation on the forum and we trust that this site will never scam people. Though that is yet to be seen, maybe someone has exposed their cheating system or it may probably just a "visual bug" we will never know unless an expert does check the site.

I don't think they are cheating or anything like that because you can actually verify your each and every roll there. It is normal to have some visual bug and I think if your video is not tampered than this one is really huge bug that can have negative effect on their reputation.

All is working normally at my side, please contact support with your bet id.

Op has the right to complain, I am not sure how this system works exactly but this kind of graphical bug/glitch/whatever (if it is really something like this).
Bugs of this magnitude are unacceptable in this business. I've seen casinos with lesser bugs which suffer really bad press because of players thought they are cheating.
The faster Stake.com will explain what is going on the better I doubt they are cheating, but with new software, there might be some bugs in the system.

What's weird is you won bets you weren't supposed to win too
So, I don't think it's a scam, especially since it's a reputable website
Stake is run by Stunna right? He's one of the most reputable people in the business

Try contacting their support and report back to us, I'm pretty sure it wasn't done on purpose  Undecided

Looking at picture:
0:29 should be winning bet.
0:52 also winning bet.
0:08 should be loosing bet etc.

Looking at your bet:
You were playing over under 75 so everything is fine. i am not sure why did your bets switch sides.

It is probably visual bug, contact support to see what happened before you accuse someone  Wink
