Is this issues "solved"? AS far as I can see Stake.com just confiscated 6 BTC in winnings. Today, 6 BTC is worth of 300k!

Primedice.com, Stake.com
This is a 2+ year old thread that was already replied to by myself on the first page. The creator of the thread was trying to fraud stake end of story, naturally they gave up a day after posting this.

The individual bumping this old and irrelevant thread is clearly desperately trying to smear stake. I have reported the thread to the mods requesting it be locked.

That's what they write yes. The truth is, they don't want to pay out and make up an excuse that a "so-called" exploit has been used. Casino games from providers cannot be exploited, they are watertight.
That exploit story is just complete nonsense. They had to pay and did not want to. Pure scam. I also spoke to someone where Stake.com did not pay out 220 bitcoins.
This site certainly belongs to the top 3 scam on the forum.
Dude, just stop attacking any casino without proof. When stake didn't pay 220 bitcoins?
I've seen you attacking almost all casinos, duelbits, betnomi, stake, primedice, betcoin.ag, etc and you even got accepted in a campaign before, but you got removed later (after you attacking any casino without proofs).

Why on earth would anyone believe you over Stunna?

I also spoke to someone who said you're a liar. See how easy it is to do that?

You, gosha@e-coin, apparently bought another account with which you will continue trolling sportsbooks and casinos for no real reason. You won't drum up business for game-protect no matter what you do here. Everyone already knows you are both frauds.

Maybe a late reply, but I feel I have to warn all the players here about this website.
They took a lot of money and they must be stopped.
Yes, your reply is 1 year and 4 months old late. They didn't took any money since they have provably fairness system, you can check each of your bet on stake. This case was because OP had exploited bug on stake so he was able won big money fron stake.

thank you

It's called gambling Smiley Careful with martingale...

I did not know that Stake.com has a scam complaint here, they used to have a signature campaign in this forum just last month and they made a big noise because of the unlimited post of their participants, but this complaint happens last year and many of us are not aware of this, I wonder what happen to this complaint.

It's well known story in Stake. Thread author found a bug and tried to abuse it (by changing server seed with open bet, then checking bet result and finishing bet). Opened this thread, but when realized, that he's catched, everything is traced, and his lies confirmed - simply shutted up...

Any gambling site claiming a user exploited some bug have to show evidence of that.
Absolutely correct! But do you know what? These criminal casinos act like there are no applicable laws for them and know that 99,9% of their victims can not or will not enforce their money. So it is always +EV for them to make any claim they like!

And in any case they have to return the money the OP deposited there.
If they can not prove that he abused a bug, they also have to give his winnings.

why stake opened site when everthing its not okay ? Why stake open when big lag and another bug not fixed
Because players only deposit and play when the site is open and they want to collect as many Bitcoins as possible.

Bugs are not a problem for them, because they simply do not pay out, because victims are not willing to enforce their valid account balances through legal action!

I am not familiar with minefields, is it possible to win 5M multiplier?  Undecided

From legal aspect(which could vary from country to country), some court of laws would not agree on this as solid agreement on ToS:

Terms of Service is really hard to spot and check box doesn't exist. From some angle you can't even see the letters, while green "join stake" button is visible from all angles and you simple can't miss it. It is 4 times larger than "terms of service" and color of ToS is almost the same as background.

Even if they do agree that user agreed on ToS, according to Stake's ToS :

Quote

Stake reserves any and all rights implied or otherwise, which are not expressly granted to the User hereunder and retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Service. You agree that you will be solely liable for any damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with the commission by you of any Unauthorized Use. You shall notify Stake immediately upon becoming aware of the commission by any person of any Unauthorized Use and shall provide Stake with reasonable assistance with any investigations it conducts in light of the information provided by you in this respect.

Stake reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement or any part thereof at any time or otherwise change the Service without notice and you will be bound by such amended Agreement upon posting. Therefore, we encourage you check the terms and conditions contained in the version of the Agreement in force at such time. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed to attest to your agreement to any amendments to the Agreement.

You irrevocably agree that, subject as provided below, the courts of Saint Kitts and Nevis shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the Agreement and any matter arising therefrom and irrevocably waive any right that it may have to object to an action being brought in those courts, or to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or that those courts do not have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Stake to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
12. SEVERABILITY

We launched a major update to Stake a few days ago which involved a re-code of all the games. There was a bit of logic not present in the mines game. Particularly the logic that would prevent a user from changing their seed until their round was finished, Mines was rapidly taken down and this issue was fixed before it was widely abused. This user changed their seed during the round thus revealing their previous seed which allowed them to know where every single gem was placed.

Even if he exploited some bug (you havent show evidence of that), you could keep his abusive profits, but you should return his deposits. The money isn't yours.

if you cant show proof of him using the exploit, which as you said was rather a bug by your fault and not an exploit a hacker forged, pay him

You can enforce your 6.5 BTC through legal action in Curaçao. At the court they have to show hard proof that you exploited the game.

They took 34 BTC and said will donate it, but do not say who received it!

This user in question was linked by fingerprint to a user who defrauded PD out of a significant sum of money. Given that, their account had a flag on it before they even made a deposit. We asked for ID and the user provided an identity we believed wasn’t theirs. We wanted to have a phone call with them to try and clear this up and after many delays they agreed. It was clear they had found a non-involved girl talk to us who didn’t seem to know anything about primedice or bitcoin. That violated our terms but obviously that isn't why we held the withdrawal, we held it for the reason originally stated.

I'd like to stop this right here and make clear that this is not a matter of money but rather a matter of principle. I'm happy to donate at minimum the funds involved in this claim to a charity of the community's choosing. The trust of this community is not something we take for granted and is why we elected to post here to further explain this unusual situation.

However, as long as victims are not willing to enforce their claims through legal action, these criminals can of course do whatever they like!

Was this auto bet hunting 5milx on hilo/chartbet by any chance?

Because bet before and bet after your 5mil payout are hilo bets... and before that your bets are chartbet bets...
