What’s wrong with you. It’s your fault for using a temporary account in incognito yet you are blaming them for not sharing you a piece of account info just because you are holding a proof of transaction?

Casino is not allowed to share any information to anyone account. It’s your responsibility to remember your account details when you register. I will not play on Stake if they allow user to know an information about an account by having only the proof transaction from deposit. Anyone can fake screenshot and use the blockchain for TXID.

You're an obvious shill for Stake seems like it, it's not a screenshot I have access to where the funds came from video of the official app.

"You even need to do your KYC before making a deposit these days."

That's false, you can create a stake account without KYC and deposit, also it's not against the rules to have multiple accounts just as so its not at once or abusing promotions which I did not do.

But clearly there's a lot of uneducated people here that will suck off anyonne for a signature promo.

I was a stake Member and never was a rollbit member but randomly got a 500$ welcome bonus in my stake only email, meaning Stakes email database was compromised or sold that's for sure.
I am not aware of it. This means rollbit managed to get the data from stake.

Burner account meaning I just wanted to place a bet, win withdraw lose just scrap the account, KYC wasn't a thing and I preferred to stay anonymous.
I don't think stake allow such accounts [in fact no sportsbook will allow], they will not let you bet with multi account. You even need to do your KYC before making a deposit these days.

Have you tried to reach stake representative here on bitcointalk?

I have the original keys and wallet the funds were sent from, the location and browser used, basically everything. They even could have provided me with an email or username hint kinda like j***[email protected] and I could have remembered the rest, and I even provided them the password currently set.

Well first of all it's not a scam. It's called privacy policy. Sure they COULD give you a hint but that's already against their rules and probably against their license as well.
I am also not a fan of stake, far from that, but this one is actually on you.
Also, when you got the rollbit mail that means you have had a stake account before, which is also against their rules. How else would you have gotten the rollbit mail with the 500$ bonus?

I myself also got that rollbit email and a 100$ bonus. I was platinum 2 or 3 at the time. Rollbit bought the email/VIP data of stake players that were stolen in a hack around 2 years or so ago.

Anyway, since you breached their TOS by opening a second account ( or more ) there is nothing to complain about anyway.  Tongue

What happened:: I made a burner account on Stake to place a bet at the time on Football I believe[...]
What is a burner account?

I asked them simply to just give me either the first few digits of email so I can login and do it myself, they refuse to do anything, citing "Privacy Policy" but when you guys got your emails breached and all high rollers received a email from rollbit that was fine right... corrupt site.
They have right to say it. In case it's not your account, it is giving you some information which is not yours. When you lose your account credentials, you are responsible for it. I don't think the rollbit situation and your situation is the same. As far as I can remember rollbit was hacked.

What happened:: I made a burner account on Stake to place a bet at the time on Football I believe, it was made on incognito I deposited via XRP via Crypto.com (Still have original TX ID + Video and access to the Crypto.com account proving it's my address". I accidentally closed off the browser and forgot the email and username I had made, I didn't think twice.

Scammers Profile Link: stake.com

Reference Link:

Amount Scammed: 580 XRP

Additional Notes: According to Stake, I provided them original TX ID and Original logs and all the info, city and etc and they say they cannot give me the email or username even though I remember the password (I use the same one for all my accounts) The XRP destination address is linked to my stake account and they refuse to give me it even a hint. It's been 2 years and still give me the run around, the money has been sitting exactly in the account for 2 years and not gone out or logged into it, obviously if I deposited it from my personal Crypto.com wallet and hasn't been a login since it should ring off a bell.
