I get the impression that there is a lack of belief in what i am saying. So is there a trusted member of the community that would like to validate my betting history? I would be more than willing.
Before you think about getting a trusted member to help you. Have you tried to do what was suggested to you by  Mahdirakib?

This?
You can check it by yourself. Those bets were made on 3rd July, so download your bet archive file of July 3 from (https://stake.com/transactions/archive/). Then upload the file on (https://data.page/json/csv). It will allow you to show the ip of each placed bets.

If yes, are you able to see the IP addresses? Is there any anomaly?

Yes and yes but according to stake there are no irregularities. Like i i said i assume that i was indeed hacked and my argument is why wasn't a new session email sent. Those emails are standard and if there is a way to circumvent them then that is a flaw in Stakes system. With all the misinformation stakes support have given me im just confused as hell.

Not really looking for help by a trusted member more looking for a trusted member to confirm i am legitimate and not trying to pull a fast one. More than willing to do what i need to do to prove that.

To be honest and don't get me wrong, I'm not defending anyone but they didn't tell you there were no irregularities. Milos said that they have logs that do not indicate if your account was compromised or not.

I mean, I can understand that. I'm playing from 3 devices and each device has a different IP and a browser, that doesn't mean that someone compromised my account.

Of course, if someone made bets from your account then it is compromised and that's it. The question is how is it compromised. From my understanding, you never had 2FA enabled on your account which means that the attacker would need access to your email and I believe that's the only way. Your email has been leaked on several sites and I guess someone compromised it eventhough you say it is impossible, nothing is impossible.

About that leaked emails, yours and stake's, they could be leaked on forums or any other site where you are using those emails and that's neither yours nor Stake's fault.  Undecided Undecided Undecided

You make some fair points. Sure nothing is impossible. I currently only play from 1 device and that device would be needed to access my email if some was trying to access it.

What i find strange is that stake are trying to hide behind my email being compromised but regardless Stake would have email logs to show that indeed the new session email and 1 time code was sent. These logs may or may not exist, was told that they didn't then was told 1 was sent on the 5th which i never received.

I am also finding the lack of response from stake concerning. Support have confirmed i need to continue my complaint with stunna but no contact other than his original reply asking for some details.

I will amend point 11, Milos does say there are no irregularities but i took it out or context he does mean session history.

Few things are suspicious here. There was 8 minutes difference between those two bets. So you were sitting for 8 minutes to see that what the hacker do with your remaining balance! Have you asked support about it after the first mysterious bet? If anyone else has compromised your account then he/she would withdraw your balance without placing any bets.

However, I'm not going to disregard the fact of account compromise. It can happen, I have seen four reports from different user about another site where pretty same thing happened. Click here and read about one of those issue.

4. I asked for information about these bets ip/device etc. Support refused.

Apologies i should have been much more specific with the events immediately after the first bet was placed. I jumped onto support to figure out what was going on, i then logged out cleared cookies changed password. By the time i got back the rest was gone. Can upload the rest of the convos with support that show this.

Yes my impression would be that if someone gained access to my account they would withdraw it, it was well above the threshold for withdrawal.

Tbh i just want Stake to be upfront about things, the constant misinformation is making me trust them less and less.

I may be wrong but this looks to me like someone here is using multiple accounts, same guy have identical style of writing like in his previous accounts, and maybe he is trying to trick stake for some bonuses.

**edited to make a little more sense and added screenshots so some points. I have a few dozen screenshots to get through so will continue to add as i upload**
I have linked screenshots below. I apologise that there is so many and they may not be in order. I have removed a couple that have identifying info in them, will edit it out and re upload. These are the conversations i had with Stakes support yesterday and today.

https://ibb.co/album/Kb9Zgm

I am simply going to lay out some facts here. This has been 1 of the worst experiences i have ever had and if i try to talk on a personal level im likely to just rant and rage over it.

1. 2 bets were placed on my account for 51660 and 1453.

2. I contacted support to ask what was happening and to help.
https://ibb.co/gPXqJHN
https://ibb.co/59StzHH

3. I sent serveral emails chat messages etc only to be ignored.

4. I asked for information about these bets ip/device etc. Support refused.

5. I questioned security on stakes end was told there was no chance of there being an issue etc.

6. I question why no 1 time code was sent to my email and a new session email. Stakes current stance is that my email is compromised.
https://ibb.co/QkB4NhK

7. Andrija confirms that it should be impossible to access my account without email access.
https://ibb.co/gvRnmYp

8. Andrija agrees to look into the email logs for the 2nd 3rd and 4th to see if these emails were sent.
https://ibb.co/njG4jNz

9. I receive no up so jump back on to support to ask.

10. I talk with Milos who tells me there was no email activity on this dates.
https://ibb.co/W61Q6Hd

11. Milos says there are no irregularities in betting history. I pointout that is not true.
https://ibb.co/dJLJXpR

12. Milos tells me my email is breached. I point out that it is not and that even if it was a new session email and 1 time code would have been generated by stake but there is no record of that. I also point out that i ran Stakes support email through the same website and it was compromised and that website is not a legitimate resource.
**Will upload these screenshots once i have edited out personal info**

13. Milos then decides there was a new session email sent on the 5th. I point out that the incident occurred on the 3rd. (No email was received on the 5th). There was also two emails that were sent on the 3rd when i cleared cookies etc. Honestly unsure if the logs were even checked.
https://ibb.co/XjgXHQD

14. Milo then tells me he has spoken to the Devs and either my email or connection was compromised.
https://ibb.co/DwVFprG

15. I again point out that even if that was the case those emails should have been generated.

16. Milos then tells me that those emails are not sent or generated if you use a vpn. I test this myself on another device with 2fa on and off and a new session email is generated both time and a 1 time code is generated with 2fa off.
https://ibb.co/MhJ0kq3
https://ibb.co/W5kjVjz

 17. Milos then says they are not sure that my account was compromised or if i was subscribed to emails.
https://ibb.co/M62HXjG

So i am pretty much in the same situation. The information seems to point to me being hacked but i just get constant contradiction from stake. In my opinion i think i probably was hacked but it also seems that anything i question sends stake into a massive flaff because maybe they are confused as to how. Urgh i just dont know all this is very tiring. I'm upset as i always had a positive experience with stake.

My argument here is that i was not afforded the same opportunities to secure my account as everyone else as there is no evidence of those emails being sent to me (maybe, i just don't know). stakes system's have not generated the correct emails. That is what they are there for.

I have been ignored, lied to and accused. I was always willing to work with stakes support staff but i simply cannot believe anything they say anymore. Stunna has been very quiet on the matter i hope i hear something soon.

Well, I just realized that sessions too can be deleted by the person logged in. Anyway, try your luck with these guys by sending them PMs if you can. They are affiliated with stake.com in this forum. Maybe they can help solve your problem.

1. Stunna
2. Symphonized
3. DusanD
4. SteveStake
I am sure Dusan can help, I have myself got into a pickle in past and he was able to help me out and was polite enough despite I was the one who made the mistake technically.

I don't think Symphonized can help because she (I assume it's a girl) is meant to only post updates on races and giveaways on the forum.

Steve can help but I actually think Dusan or Darko on the site would be the best people to ask for help on such matters although both of them are sports managers but they always want to help in any matter.

Dude, 2FA isn't safe anymore, I have heard of one streamer got their Twitch or Steam account, I can't remember got opened and hacked his account even though there's a 2FA in place, they have some sort of exploit that they use so your 2FA gets bypassed.

Just a quick update. I am in contact with stunna about this. I spoke to support and finally spoke to someone who didn't just copy and paste a reply. They confirmed to me that whoever had access to my account would also need acces to my emails.

Stake sends a 1 time code every time you start a new session from a different device. I have 2fa set up on my email and security alerts so someone would physically need my phone in their hand to access this. As i had my phone in my hand playing it would have been impossible for anyone to access my account.

Yes i checked the session history pretty much immediately and can confirm the only sessions on there are mine.

Sure if you mess up and you get compromised then that is your fault. I'm not convinced i was compromised. If it was then surely the money would have been withdrawn. Also Stake support refuse to give any details regarding my issue. Not just aaying they dont know but actually refusing to comment on it.

This is the second one they have one in the gambling section but it is not yet escalated to scam accusation, the team is looking into it, please send us more info to verify your accusations since you have created a scam accusations you must strengthen it with your proof of screenshot, conversations we have to give Stake to answer this by giving a solid proof.
They should have an answer to this, it can happen to anyone.

It's very likely your login credentials were compromised, and it's even bad if didn't have 2FA enabled for your account, If this is the case, you can't blame them. Since you have been using VPN, it's going to be a little hard to know which session was yours and which one was not. But in case you are sure of the location you have been using on your VPN, try checking https://stake.com/settings/sessions to see if there was any other device that has ever logged in your account.

I recently had a situation in which i seemingly been scammed out of 53113 trx.  I'll post bet Id's at the end of this post.

I was playing majestic megaways, buying bonuses and managed to win over $3000 in trx. During the middle of a bonus i noticed my entire balance vanished except $61 disappear. That $61 than vanished shortly after.

I obviously panicked refreshed in case of a bug, logged out cleared cookies etc. I jumped onto support in an absolute panick only to be told to check my account betting history. Here i find two bets made on baccarat 1st for 51660 trx and the second 1453 trx.

The official word from support was my account is compromised and that its my own fault so tough. Ive had lot's of back and forth with support over this and quite frankly stakes support are awful. They make no attempt to hide that they are only after your money by any means necessary.

So at first i did believe it had been a hack, maybe some kind of compromise in the api. The more i think about it the more suspicious i have become.

In order to be transparent i do use a vpn but have never revealed any kind or identifying info of my account. I never leave money in my account while not playing and have a secure password.

This is where i am confused. If someone was to have access to my account why not just withdraw it all. I have confirmed the only devices listed on the session history are my own (i checked this instantly after the incident).

I have asked support over and over for information on these two bets including location/device info and if they were made using api calls. They have outright refused to provide this or to perform any sort of investigation into this. At this point they will not respond to any of my communications. I am not exactly sure why they will not provide any sort of info or response but it does make me highly suspicious that there is more to this than Stake care to reveal. After all they have profited from this.

The bet Id's are
casino:48796210240
casino:48795743001

Will upload screenshots of them telling me they will not provide assistance if anyone wants me to.
