If we are talking about crypto-casinos, then in general there are many problems with their registration and normal functioning.  Starting from the fact that so far the usa legislators cannot properly determine the status of the cryptocurrency itself.  And from here comes a huge chain of all sorts of bureaucratic rubbish and delays for a particular casino operating in cryptocurrencies.  Especially these concerns the topic of taxation, beloved in the USA.
So not everything is so good in this matter. Grin
Well, we know that crypto casinos in the US will have enough problems operating, apart from the policy, the US also has a layer of institutions that make the crypto casino sector have to pay outside of the policy. It's a different story if it's a physical casino, which in fact is clearly in the US, it becomes an amazing physical casino nest.

Of course, making sure that a cryptocurrency-based casino pays taxes and does not greatly underestimate gambling income is much more difficult than for a simple physical casino.
It seems that there will not be enough forces and means for even the most powerful tax service.  I also think that is why usa legislators have been unable to decide on the status of cryptocurrency for so long.  I wonder, of course, how the lawsuit that is going on with Ripple will end?  I think a lot will finally be determined from the decision on this lawsuit.  And legislators will also adopt relevant laws.  And it is clear that their decision to extend to other jurisdictions.  It's true, it all drags on.  I also think that the banking lobby simply does not know how to do this in order to crush the entire crypto market for themselves.  Bankers just want to strangle the cryptocurrency, destroy it, they don’t need such competitors at all.  But so far they are not very good at it.
And accordingly, for the time being, crypto-casinos can successfully and profitably operate in such a kind of "gray" market.

And that's good for all players. Smiley

Exactly, he says that it seems to him that it is fast and that there are no problems when he withdraws, initially he told me that he was afraid of withdrawing funds, but when he realized that everything was perfect, now he is hooked there, and I think he told him to some friends who are with him there that they get involved and they can have a good experience, for him it is something very good because it seems very strange that he is in the USA and has many problems for a casino when he should have complete freedom to be in any casino and without problems, what happens is that there are so many physical casinos in the USA that there should be no problems with those that are online, here stake.us has made the difference.

I think that you are mistaken when you say that there are no problems with the regulation of online casinos in the USA due to the fact that there are indeed many real physical casinos in the country.

Well, looking at it from that point of view, yes, what happens is that when we use crypto casinos, we have to take into account that crypto money was invented so that governments or third parties could not access to control our money, of course This is something that not all of them comply with. Most of the countries, since they see that cryptocurrencies are booming, they want to eat from there and thus also earn, something that should not be allowed. In the first place, a government should not make regulations to nothing that I have with BTC or crypto, but another thing is that people currently do not fight well to guarantee their rights.

Not necessarily because it depends on the goals, they want to achieve because not all casinos have large funds to expand into the US market or other markets. But, once their business goes on the internet, their market will reach all the users worldwide, so many casinos think it is enough for them to get customers. But what Stake did was right because they allowed people from the US to visit their site. And this will make Stake even more popular in the US.
Stake.com is certainly very shrewd in taking advantage of the US market. By providing services specifically for US citizens it appears to be running as expected. Not a few US promoters are affiliated with Stake which drives more profits. Utilizing strategies with famous people there is the most efficient choice.

I think every casino goal is to expand there casino as much as possible. You’re right that casino usually doesn’t have funds for expansions but what Stake is doing is just capitalizing on the loopholes of some state government law about sweepstakes. I’m sure this not yet being notice by the government once they monitor an increased of casino doing this when there own casino profit is decreasing then I’m sure they will start to shut down casino that using this method. For now this is good but the sustainability of this method is not certain.

Stake is the largest crypto casino that’s why they can handle this kind of method. AFAIK they have some mirror links too that allows restricted country to play without any VPN.

Is there any different between stake.com and stake.us? By the way, stake.com is just like a review page and not a gambling site. There are no games to play is the site of stake .us but the platform or the interface is full with articles. Since there is no way to win real win or game. Then there is no need for comparison. Stake.com and stake.us has different domain names therefore they are company.
From the statement you said I would only ask one question.
Are you someone who likes and knows gambling? If not I understand from what you said that Stake.com is just like a review page and not a gambling site because there are no games on it.
Try to visit the Stake.com site once and see carefully that Stake.com is one of the biggest and most trusted gambling sites in which there are also many types of games and various bets.

You can try and check the website even if you are outside US, but you won't be able to proceed with it and will be blocked with this message "Sorry Stake.us is only available to customers from the United States, try Stake.com" however that information you asked are available on the website support.

Stake.us operates in virtual token currencies, Gold Coins and Stake Cash.
Gold Coins are a virtual token currency that has no monetary value and they cannot be redeemed for any value whatsoever. They can only be used for entertainment.
Gold Coins are not in any way redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for any other currency.

Stake Cash can also be redeemed as a prize in a form of a crypto.

From my own experience I have a friend in Washington, and his experience in stake.us is very good, some time ago he told me that I would recommend some casino sites that he wanted to play, of course I told him stake.com, but at that time I didn't He was authorized for the USA, so I had to tell him that there were other opportunities but with crypto, he had to buy Bitcoin, which he did not like very much due to the fact that he is unaware of the scope of Blockchain technology and the benefits that bitcoin has, Just 2 days ago I spoke with him, he told me that the casino that I recommended to him from stajke.us is very good, that now all he does is play there. The policies seem phenomenal to him and he doesn't see a problem, he says that so far it doesn't affect him at all.

Well, it seems to me that the rules and policy of stake are more or less the same for all users, regardless of the licensing region. adjusted for local regulatory requirements, and I think all players who use stake trust this gambling platform.

he must be using VPN then because Washington as said above is restricted due to its state gambling law. someone from a restricted state might not be able to withdraw his money when they look into his account.

Stake.us is made for US gamblers and Stake simply comply with the laws. its confusing when the support says .US is not run by Stunna.

This may be seen as an alternative way for restricted areas to be able to experience what it is like to play at stake.com, specifically for USA, but this sill has some risk with it. As what has been mentioned by one user here, some say that the two sites are operated by different managements, so there is no real assurance that it is really risk-free to play at stake.us.

That would be a hassle for normal users honestly. I think there are some legal gambling sites in the US which they can use I am just curious why most of them still prefer to play on gambling sites they know they are not allowed and it would risk their bankroll.  Huh

Stake makes enough money. I'm not sure why they want to go this way which is totally illegal. Calling it social gambling and using gold coins doesn't change anything.

That is what I was thinking....

How is this anything different to gambling... you are converting Fiat cash into some token that you can use to redeem something of value. Roll Eyes It looks like something similar to games at a Carnival.... where you buy tokens and then you play the game to win the giant Teddy Bear.  Huh

The US define Crypto as a Commodity ...so they cannot stop the rewards in Crypto... which is very smart on Stake.Us side. If you ask anything in the Stake.com Chat channels about Stake.us.. then you get warnings... they are saying it is not run by the same people... which is weird.  Roll Eyes

Hey guys,

You probably know that stake.com is not available to play in the United States. Some people advise using a VPN for this, but this is risky, especially when it comes to withdrawing your winnings.
on my own location is  also restricted Stake.com and i didn’t able to use stake.com without using VPN. I am using stake site with VPN for last 1 year but still not facing any problem.  And I withdraw every week payment from signature campaign using VPN from stake.com and I am able to receive my withdrawal  bitcoins very fast.  So I still don't think using VPN is much risky on stake.com.  But I would not recommend you to deposit any large amount using VPN

This is something that I had not been able to share in my opinion, and I am especially happy for a friend who studied with me, well actually he is my friend with whom I did my thesis for which we both graduated in engineering, he asked me what I wanted to play in a casino, obviously I told him about stake for that moment, and he told me that it would not open it, that's where I deduced that maybe they did not have the necessary permissions, now with stake.us I will let him know so that he can enter and enjoy, I also recommended a couple of other casinos, like bitcasino.io, among others, but with this stake, it's something phenomenal, I'm sure people will be playing and playing more and more, it's a great achievement, and I'm glad be a part of stake.com.

Can you please explain to us ...What type of prizes can be won with the Gold coins that can be exchanged for prizes? I cannot access the site from my location, but I am very curious to know what kind of prizes are on offer for the sweepstakes.  Huh
Gold coins are not convertible to real rewards but they are only being used as a play money. It was the stake cash is the one that you need to use if you want to redeem a prize. You can't access the site maybe because you are not from the U.S but if you are curious if what the site looks like or what are the games being offered there, and others then you can always use a VPN but you gotta make sure that you set your country's VPN to U.S. As for the type of prizes, they have cryptos, gift cards, and merchandise.

I wonder if Eddie and his team are doing this to try and get "legal" status for Stake.com in the US? In any way... it was a genius move to bypass technicalities in the laws to still offer "gambling" in the form of sweepstakes.  Grin Grin Grin
I don't think stake.com will ever be approved in the U.S, that is why they only came up with this alternative but this is better than nothing. Stake can still get some commissions with it.

So it is dubious that [.US] version is intended for US citizens only. Perhaps they are the same functions like promos, prizes and etc, the different thing is the domain name. They want to become the largest online gambling company and not in the US as long as there is a legalization process.
They do find ways to let US citizens gamble in stake since people from USA can't play on stake.com that's why they created an alternative stake which is for that goal although as you guys have experienced that there are some part of US that are restricted to play. I would also be interested to see what promotions or other things that we can see or check the site though I am not a us citizen to start with.

Quality review.  As someone in the US I'm very glad that Stake is bringing this sort of thing to the mainstream.  I can't say I'm a fan of the gold coins implementation, but I understand the legality issues and why they have to do it this way.  I'm sure this will help onboard some people into crypto.  Stake is growing so fast, it's crazy to witness.

If playing at Stake.us sounds interesting to you, you can check our detailed review: https://thecryptobonus.com/stake-us-sweepstakes/
^ I did not know that there is a US version of stake which is now the US gamblers did not worry about using a VPN because they can access stake without that VPN. The same on the exchange Binance.us, it is only for US users, but for sure due to that country being very strict, possibly the KYC verification also being very heavy on this, we know how the US was very strict when it comes to this kind of business. However, this is good news to gamblers that come from the US.

This is a nice move but I don't fully understand what Op said that you play for fun without winnings and bonus that is withdrawable. Is this an affliation of Stake.com com? I am just being curious, but my location is fine with stake.
This also looks like an Ann thread and not a review thread.

So it is dubious that [.US] version is intended for US citizens only. Perhaps they are the same functions like promos, prizes and etc, the different thing is the domain name. They want to become the largest online gambling company and not in the US as long as there is a legalization process.

Can you please explain to us ...What type of prizes can be won with the Gold coins that can be exchanged for prizes? I cannot access the site from my location, but I am very curious to know what kind of prizes are on offer for the sweepstakes.  Huh

I wonder if Eddie and his team are doing this to try and get "legal" status for Stake.com in the US? In any way... it was a genius move to bypass technicalities in the laws to still offer "gambling" in the form of sweepstakes.  Grin Grin Grin

Hey guys,

You probably know that stake.com is not available to play in the United States. Some people advise using a VPN for this, but this is risky, especially when it comes to withdrawing your winnings.

The legal option is to play in Stake.us social casino. It is a sweepstakes casino, meaning that instead of directly depositing funds into your account, you purchase the so called Gold Coins. They can be used to play for fun in the social casino and cannot give you real winnings. However, for the purchased Gold Coins, you receive Stake Cash as a bonus. When you play with it, you play for real money rewards, which you can redeem.

Cheers,

I would recommend against using VPNs as if you get caught, you might get your money frozen and account banned. I would take the terms and conditions seriously and not try to outsmart the casino. I have personally not heard of anyone who got caught using a VPN but I am sure that there are tell-tale signs that an account is using a VPN. For example, they have a new IP from a different country every time they log into their Stake account.

Better safe than sorry. Especially if they can just take your money.

Decent option, but the identity verification aspect negates most pros associated with it. They should get rid of that rule if they wish to attract more gamblers.

Yes, you need to pass identity verification to be able to redeem your winnings. This is stated in the How to Redeem Stake Cash section in the referred casino review.
What exactly is the point in investing in this site if identity verification is mandatory when we could simply invest in popular FIAT sites since crypto gambling sites focus on anonymity primarily?

On the official Twitter stake.com there is a mention that the .com site is not available in the USA and the official twitter accounts are listed as @stakeusa(https://stake.us) and @stakeuk so these are legal online casinos, although the @stakeuk twitter account has not been active for almost a year

Not all VPNs are risky, which is risky if you use the free ones, but there are safe/paid VPNs you can use, like wifi.

Stake.com vs. Different versions of Stake.us, different sites of course reviews can be expressed based on user experience, we know here Stake.com has many fans and is well known in this forum, looks like you have to work hard to win the hearts and trust of the people here to Stake.us.

Maybe I should stop for a moment to review and use the new sites that appear in this forum, before they can really be trusted or fair to their users, I see lately a lot of new sports betting sites that have problems with their users, surely if the established members here have some real experience with the Stake.us site, why not.

Hello @notblox1,

Yes, you need to pass identity verification to be able to redeem your winnings. This is stated in the How to Redeem Stake Cash section in the referred casino review.

Unfortunately, few states still restrict sweepstakes casinos.

As to your suggestion, I think you have a point. We will say that it is the legal way instead of risk-free.

Cheers,

Some US states like Washington, New York, Idaho and Nevada are still restricted Sad
Would I have to pass any KYC verification with this method because I can't find any information about that on link you posted?
I don't trust anyone that is saying it's risk-free so maybe you should rename this to lower risk than using vpn services.

Stake.com does the 50k weekly raffle, but they also include a 10k raffle for Stake.us. If you are from the USA it is worth it to get in this raffle as the amount of entrants is super small compared to stake.com.

Probably people saw this thread[1] made by Stunna, and seems like you are not affiliated to them. And by the looks of the title thread it sounds like an ANN thread which is not, this will bring confusion to readers. So this thread should be moved to gambling discussion and change the topic to something like a review from your site or something.

One of the reasons is the gambling board has a rule of one site one thread only. Once the official Stake.US ANN thread made this thread will be moved to trashcan.

It may have been confusing as the title may pertain to be the ANN thread for Stake.us especially that there is no official ANN thread created by Stunna or any team from stake about this.

However, I don't think that this thread should be deleted or moved to Archive as it seems like the thread's main purpose is to inform and review the platform. I think OP should rather change the title instead to avoid confusion especially once the official thread will be posted.

This is great information to further inform more gamblers that live in the USA that wanted to gamble on Stake. I personally tried to visit the website at Stake.us however I was redirected to visit the original website at Stake.com since I am not from the USA. I was not able to do anything on Stake.us but it seems like there are a lot of users based on the number of online users.

It's best to use Stake.us for those who live at the USA and avoid using VPN as it will void the TOS of the platform and may cause issues in the long run.
