No one would sell they're bitcoins in cheap price when the price is actually high cause they wont any profit no seller would do that even exchanges bitcoin wallets charge you with the original price the only way to buy cheap bitcoins is to buy into the dip that can even have 1-2 percent discount.

PLZ living working here in dubai im looking to buy btc cheaper then my exchange prices 4-5 btc test order worth bellow exchange price can u plz help me first order 4-5 btc then once all good more:) 100-200 BTC IF U HAVE BUT I NEED ESCROW FOR OUR ORDERS as i am starting an exchange thank u

1) There is no reason for anyone to sell bitcoin at a rate lower than exchange regardless of how much you want to buy. As of now, Bitcoin is extremely sought after and the price is only rising.

2) If you need such a large amount, you should probably just purchase from a large exchange. I highly doubt that most people here have the amount that you want, and even if they do, I doubt that they are looking to have it exchanged for fiat. Perhaps right now is not the best time to start an exchange.

Nobody will sell their Bitcoin for you with lower price than the price on every exchange. I don't really know you're really starting a new exchange or just want to get as much as Bitcoin possible before the hardfork to claim free Bitcoin2x if you want to buy Bitcoin at lower price than at the moment I think you should wait until there is a big dump of Bitcoin price cause nobody will do that stupid thing Cheesy

Be careful with many scammers on the site, so don't trust anyone unless you are sure they are a trusted person.
Move your post into Arabic Section or try to find cash one (with reduce escrow price.)
4-5 btc is more than enough to use escrow and you will find many legendary members.
many people move to dubai.

No one will sell you lower than the price it is. That would be stupid. Why sell it to you at lower rates if they can sell it at higher prices. I don't think your offer will ever get any interest. Just forget about it. It is illogical to do it with you.

First:
Link to the exchange, domain name , name of the company and phone.

Second:
Of course I'm not waiting for them as you won't be able to provide them or they are all going to be fake.

Nobody is going to take the bait, especially since you're offering card payments (lol) out of a country known for such scams.
If you had the money for 200BTC (that's close to 1.5 million) you would have enough to invest in so much advertising you would get your "exchange" running in matter of days.

If anybody should PM you and offer to sell that amount below market price, then be very careful because that is a scam knocking at the door for you because that individual, will surely talk you out of using escrow no matter how you insisted on it, in addition to you conscious that you might not see that kind of a deal, you then will give in which is saying good bye to whatever you want to payment method you are using.

When someone wants to set up an exchange, its not compulsory you start with that amount, you should have been buying in vault even before launching at all. Another way is to open up your exchange to other coins by you buying them since they are way cheaper then encourage people to deposit in other to get them. With that you can then replenish your BTC and the likes but be very careful to those who might see it as an opportunity to dump.

Why would someone sell their BTC below exchange rates? Usually when buying BTC direct the rate is agreed based on the current market price.
I can understand that you’re looking to buy in bulk but at 100-200BTC even a 1% discount is quite a significant discount in terms of USD prices.
