Your project cost predictions are nowhere near enough to start a betting site. They're barely enough to even start a functional, professionally built site let alone a highly secure casino (which needs to literally have bank-level security, else hackers will just steal all of your funds before you even start). Being a web developer/project manager for over 16+ years, I'm definitely qualified to make such remarks regarding this. Not to be a buzzkill, but you will definitely need well over $100k for dev/design, and this is if you just have one game like a dice site. If you're trying to actually build out a casino with multiple games, expect to realistically spend in the millions. If you think this is overkill, then clearly you don't understand the dynamics involved in building out such a site. Anyone who claims that they can do it for less has no idea what they're talking about. Just being honest with you, as I hate seeing people waste their time and money with some overseas dev who claims they'll build your site for 1/100th of the price that it should actually cost.

Development set aside, I hope you realize that you need a BANKROLL to start a gambling site. Meaning you'd need to keep a few million in a cold wallet for financial solvency. There is absolutely no way you can start a gambling site without having a large bankroll to cover wins. Just to give you an idea, most of the popular dice sites have anywhere between $500k to a few million USD in their cold/hot wallets. Again, this is for sites with just ONE game. To be completely honest with you, I wouldn't move another inch on this project as I can guarantee you that you will be doing nothing but wasting your own time and money by doing so. Maybe try

Sorry accidentally clicked post. Was going to say maybe try learning a development language yourself so you can get an idea of how significant of a project this actually is.

OP doesn't have any realistic idea about the costs of running a decent casino.

If you can make it for real with $1500... LOL

Realistic absolute minimum amount is something in the range $100-150K. For development, for marketing, for bankroll, for DDoS dedicated and duplicated hosting, etc.
Yes but with my solution you can manage in lesser cost because casino already developed. 500+ slots live dealer blackjack roulette... and rev share lowest in market only 8% for casino and 10% for live casino and sportsbook no revenue share completely proprietary software.

I can provide a sportsbook + casino + live casino website directly.
We can do the deal using escrow.com.
Am providing at very low cost so you wont need a partner and you can have 100% of net profit rather than 50%
Casino: 500+ slots (only 8% of net profit) live casino (only 10% of net profit) sportsbook: complete proprietary keep all your profits. Plus automated prematch and live feeds from any website of your choice.

I wonder if you even have the funds to front the $750 on your end? You have a negative trust reputation here so it will be difficult for you to find any willing partners. There is a lot of work and security needed to set up an online bitcoin casino, if people are going to commit that much effort - they'll probably do it solo.

I'm thinking about to Start a Bitcoin Casino with a Partner (Investor) to start the website. Its expensive to build a website and Hire Coders and Programmers to build. It need a 50% partner only who will have trust on me to invest & I will make it admin of the site once it launched.

We will do marketing and promotions 50:50 ratio.
Investment 50:50 ratio.
Net.Profit 50:50 ratio.

Website Hosting $50 Monthly
Programmer Fee $500
Script              $500
Advertisement   $500

Total: $1500 /  $750 Per Admin.

I'm thinking about doing long business in the industry with less than 0.80% house edge to make sure responsible gambling for users.
