Not in my country, the government are spending extravagantly yet they complain that there's no money and I feel same is happening in other countries too.

The government can claim to be cutting cost but there are other ways they spend money that the public aren't aware of. An example is my country Nigeria, buying cars for senators every 4 years instead of having a car that can be reuse by all senators for official duties since they already should have their personal cars before resuming office.

The government say they're cutting cost so we don't expect too much while they live comfortably lifes. It's only the average man that this hardship is having a full effect on.

The rich way of living might reduce but it won't be as bad as ours is. The government can't save money, infact they shouldn't be saving but be investing as that's how you make money and not by saving.

I like your idea and perceptions of how you see the lapses of the world economy and also I'm seeing the fact that yes the government policies have not being effective enough to sum up to the wants of the masses which is what has resulted to high cost of living and spendings which is now reviewed to be cut shorts inorder to balance up with problem people are facing in the country. And looking at where the problem is coming from the government are one hindrance to the economy growth but they fail to understand everything ought to be cut short beginning from taxation.

Those who do not invest adequately in health are going to face bigger challenges later on. Healthy, confident populations are more economically productive, and societies which look after their citizens have fewer social divisions and are inherently more stable. Cutting now might be pushing more people into fleeing traditional monetary systems or currencies, which may hurt the very economies these policies claim to protect.

A very vital point you just made and why reading through I came to realize that as much as the government using different strategies to collect taxes from the citizens, even from the little wages they’re receiving. Wouldn’t be to the disadvantage of the citizens if they the government are using this to benefit the citizens. But then there they are using that same money from taxes to fund their businesses, luxury lifestyle and lavish lifestyle. While the economy keeps getting worse every day. In as much as it’s necessary to cut down expenses to enable is for the best of everyone.
They the government it’s should cut their own personal expenses and not just about cutting off retirement and medical benefits.
Any money that is being spend and there’s no means of adding back after spending, will end up finishing and that’s what most countries are facing now. Gone are those days when the money was surplus. We’ve heard of so many looting on to this very day. But little a being done to ensure the source of the money is still efficient.
You can imagine a country who’s president got to spend so much on private jet when the economy of the country is staggering. What good does this have to the economy? So the government should first cut off their personal expenses then it will be of good to the citizens

can you meet up with life's demand if you want to keep the way you're used to making expenses in the past? Cost of living is getting worse by the day and the value of most currency is dropping while your wage is constant. Cutting down your expenses is now a necessity for survival.

The government is taxing citizens using different mediums that leaves them with little penny at the end of the month for personal consumption. Private car owners can't buy petrol for thier vehicles because of the cost and so would have to board a public vehicle just to cut down cost. It even gets worse if you're living in a third world country were things had been bad in the past and you're now moving backwards instead of having an improved economy. If you even check on the news you will observe that news relating to death is what's making the headlines and that's because the society is frustrated and confused and that causes lack of concentration which causes accidents and killing. We're living in times when you just have to figure out a way to survive. Cutting down on standard of living is the least you can do.

The party has been long gone in my country. These days people are doing everything to cut costs because the government is increasing tax and servicing loans. Government subsidies on many basic essential needs like fuel and gas have been removed. Before it was common to see people lavishly celebrating birthdays, weddings and burials, but it has greatly reduced. So your observation is valid, we need to cut costs.   

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine affected the close trade relationship Europe had with the former. Russia is a major player in the oil and gas sector and most European nations depend on them. However, the war and sanctions made many EU nations seek other trading partners to avoid dependence on Russia. Even if the war ends, I don't think the trade relationship between Russia and the EU will return to normal.

You can not trust their words, if you look at roots: create issues at beginning, let problems expand and consequences appear and become bigger with time, then do something to heal the pain, crisis, recession and self-claim that they're doing great jobs.

If governments are doing their great jobs, there are no massive national debts.

Goverments focus on now how to save money and not to spend because there is money problems everywhere.
Medical and 41k retirement funds also can suffering.
But yes the times of over spending is over gone are the days when for example finland people lived in spain and still get goverment funds.
Everything Will be now squeesed and social and medical cares budget will be lower.
Now you say we can print the money....no we can't just you can use bonds only limited time but sooner or later you need to get economy more productive and more commodities....the russia is out of western markets not good either If russia would keep good relationship with west then no problem print money and export exesessive inflation to russia in rubles but it's over now.
Ukraine is good but compared with russia it's small and not enough goods like oil what we can get from russia.
So now world will go just more angry and dagerous becouse nobody interested that they life level going lower becouse all the extra costs will be lowered.
But now it could be possible time for revolution when a lot people just leave the currency and system they abond.
Now it's not question anymore If ukraine wins....but likely west want to remove Putin to put in russia more western like leader who will serve western countries first.
