Okay, finally I found this thread. Was wondering what happened to them as I checked their website is down. Was using this exchange for specific coin that I'm holding. At least, they made their official announcements of leaving the crypto community. Unlike others who ran away with their clients' money.

I just signed up and did my first $X42 purchase. Seamless.

I don't really think staking on the exchange is necessarily a good thing, this might increase the inflation level of a coin, which would decrease its value far more than normal instances. People are already taking advantage of the large price gap btw demand and selling; this together with staking would be too much. Also, in the wallet, (talking about X42), we have to wait some certain blocks etc. and not move the coins: I'm guessing this wouldn't be required in the start-ex? Or if all of them are in the same wallet, once every deposit/withdraw occurs, the timer resets?

I don't think the staking feature is neither doable, or suggestible; and I welcome the cancellation of said staking feature on start-ex.

I set up a account to buy some x42, and did several test transactions initially before using the exchange for larger buy orders.  Every single transaction was seamless.  Deposits and withdrawals are very reasonable.  It functions better than many larger and more well known exchanges I've used. 

Great exchange, simple clean UI and very easy to use. This will be one of the top exchanges very soon.

Definitely one of the best exchanges around.

Thank you for listing BOXY Coin.   From what I can tell Start-Ex is trying to build a exchange for real crypto projects that are just beginning their crypto lifecycle.  They offer free listing for solid projects that are not already on an exchange.  It seems they are in no hurry to list a bunch of scam coins just to increase volume.  Quick deposits and withdrawals and support service from my experience.  If you are curious you should ask some questions in the friendly discord chatroom. 

This is a great exchange! Very fast, and easy to use. Very good team behind this exchange, they will be one of the best!

- Feature cancelled (staking)
Staking feature was planned to allow users to stake their PoS coins simply by having them on the exchange, either in the balance or in orders.
We have canceled the planned staking feature for PoS coins on the last day prior to the release as staking requires an unlocked running wallet, which means we will not be able to provide this feature for coins in the cold wallet, also an unlocked/un-encrypted wallet is not an option for us. However, if any PoS coin can provide staking -securely- with a locked wallet (which we doupt) the development team of the coin can contact us to have staking enabled for their coin.
