Not too worried about the code. But an audit after release would be great.
No, but I'm anxious to see it! Smiley  Not a big deal though, I can wait.

I'd enjoy auditing the code once it is released.  Or if you want me to start auditing it now, before open sourcing it, I'd be happy to do so.

No longer accepting offers, the code will be open sourced within a week.

If you want to try it out before the code goes public check it out at Trade-Btc.com].

Open sourced by you or by the buyer, if you don't mind me asking....

should get somebody here trustworthy to review the code for CSRF/Sql attacks
should also remind customers to never use shared hosting if running an exchange. somebody can root from another instance and simply adjust deposit.libertyreserve.confirm.tpl to their own account#

should also look into LR API security. look around talkgold.com for Goldcoders, they write HYIP autosurf scripts and have had legendary theft from their LR API calls if not implemented carefully and key constantly changed

The code itself is available for testing at Trade-Btc.com. Otherwise, yes if you were an interested buyer, we could set up third party testing.

That code does not even begin to touch the surface of the amount of features included in ours. I haven't looked at it but I am guessing it only includes buy/sell.
We are offering a full exchange, only implementation into a template is required.

Ok, please put up a test install so we can play with it. And yes, in my reply I was referring to buying the rights to the code, not just a installation license. If I decide to do it, I will need for you to make sure it will be possible to open source it without having problems with any 3rd party components you used.

Don't bother paying money.

There are multiple free versions in production, like https://gitorious.org/intersango

3 questions:

* Can we see a working implementation? A test with fake currency and testnet bitcoins will be ok.

* Will you allow a full code audit under a signed NDA before selling or having a firm offer?

* After sale, will there be any problem open sourcing the code and any additional material (GPL v2 for the code, CC-BY-SA for artwork.)? Please check any 3rd party components' licenses used.

1. Yes, definitely.

2. I would personally prefer the code be tested by a third party.

3. Unless you buy the rights to the code outright, you can only use it for you own implementation. The code itself is under copyright.
