Well you need to create a wallet and post in your thread. There could be anyone here that would likely to give what you ask. Anyway in your condition that you could be able to go to college so meaning to say you can afford to buy for btc. Here in our country if you could go to college then you are lucky since you could afford to it especially if you are taking up medicines. There are many students here that are deserving to take up college yet they could not afford to go for it. So if i have btc or if i am wealthy i rather.give or donate my btx to those who are deserving. I know that they are not asking for it but they need it unlike you. You could be a fake one. Remember your an anonymous.

O think that  you need to develop a concept of your service. As it was mentioned you may just place your BTC address (and maybe throw it to some forums) but you will 100% need some good designed white paper, business plan or something like that. The potential donators should believe that your idea is good and it will help many students. The ways of accepting donations are not the main point.

Good luck man, you'll not be the first, nor the last to ask for money online.
Go to some crowdfunding website and create cool video... then you'll have a good chance to fund your project.

I'm a medical student at Kings College London, hopefully becoming a surgeon one day. In the meantime I would like to start up a website to help students make or save money (as you know London life is taxing to say the least), at this point I am going to be accepting bitcoin donations
Colour me doubtful. I would think a medical student at King’s College London would be used to correctly spell the name of their university.

Hi there,

I'm a medical student at Kings College London, hopefully becoming a surgeon one day. In the meantime I would like to start up a website to help students make or save money (as you know London life is taxing to say the least), at this point I am going to be accepting bitcoin donations and will more than likely need a few tips at that point too.

I was wondering if there are any platforms to accept donations?

"Go online and beg for donations" isn't exactly revolutionary, nor is it effective. Instead of signing up and ask for donations without reason how about ask some questions about how to earn some bitcoin. The life of a medical student is hard but in your limited spare time there are many things you can do to further your understanding and earn.
