I see OP that you have set up a pool for this thread, but there is no way to chose proper vote because there are no suggestions only random numbers provided.

Taking into consideration that this is your first post, maybe you even don't know about this?

If you have any questions or need help with this pool I will be happy to assist you. Just sent me a PM or ask in this thread.

This is what I see actually in your pool:

There's a pinned thread on Mining support made by Steamtyme which was made for starters. It's very informative.

... how can start bitcoin minning?
is there any website or technoilogy that i must have before starting? ...
If you want to start learning about mining, you can read one of the following threads:
[GUIDE] Learning Mining (newbie) by abhiseshakana
- Learning CPU Mining
- Learning GPU Mining
- GPU Mining Rig System

Note: That is just for education, not to get profit. Use google to translate it.

Or you can also explore the following board: Mining

If you are really motivated to do that i wont stop you but my opinion is that its worst way to get into Bitcoin. So much easier and better for you would be to just buy and forget for a while.
Then there is no need to learn tons of knowledge about mining and your competition you must conquer. Tons of stress with managing hardware, hardware problems, hiring people to manage the mine etc. Do it for fun? then yes.

It is unprofitable to mine bitcoin, especialy for small miners. I don't mention about big mining farms. Small miners are unable to mine bitcoin, then hold them to wait price increases to cash out. Mining, and cashing out regularly to pay for electricity bills will reduce marginal profits from mining.
By the way, I would prefer to remind OP that should stay away from cloud mining, because most of them are scam cloud mining (not all, but most of them). Using cloud mining might lead to money loses.

ASIC miner for bitcoin is plug and play you just need to setup the pool and ready to mine.

Check the signature of these two forum users below all guides is there including how to set up the miner and reviews.

You will need to buy an ASIC. It appears that the Antminers are all sold out on Bitmain's web page. And the one that is still not available on Innosilicon's web page is probably not profitable. You can try to buy one on e-bay or browse through this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=75.0, but the equipment is probably going to be outdated and/or overpriced. (Or a scammer.) So it will not be profitable.
