Sport betting is a cool one to go with as you can easily burst the site in case of cheating as the result will always be universal so the chances of you being scammed is lower compared to other forms of gambling but at the same time its difficult because one will be betting against nature and the team that is the favorite might ended up losing the game aside that your choice might be limited to only the teams you are aware of. And thats my take on sport betting and its my own favorite.

From what I saw and understood sport betting is relatively close to poker in many ways.
Or at least in the most important: winning is all about bankroll management.
You got to make bets that are no more than 10% of your bankroll (the initial one) so that you can be sure to not be penalized too much by a wrong gamble. Then it's all a question of managing the amount bet on every game considering the relative difference between the odds given by sportbook and the odd you think is closest to reality.

The house edge there really high in sportsbetting actually
But people with a lot of knowledge about sports can make it zero house edge
But once again you must skillful to be able make the game have zero house edge

I personally bet on soccer which I have love this sports since I was young, plus I followed the soccer trends, about the players, team management and the market on it.

I'm just in my start line to follow e-sports. If you have an interest to this sport I think you should follow such a tournament match before a time you start to have an interest, it's need to see a history match from every team.

If anyone bet without having any knowledge on that game the result will depend on luck. In sports betting, we can not predict 100%, but we can make a safe bet with knowledge of sports and team performance. I am a cricket lover I know all country teams how they perform, but still, i can't make a 100% correct bet. Sometimes experience also not work only luck will decide our bet result.

If you are going to start betting on sports rather than just dice or something that is based on purely luck than you need to know what you are doing. I mean if you know the teams, the players, who is injured who is banned etc etc and everything involved the risk factor goes lower but the Money you can earn goes down as well.

This means that if you bet on sure things you will make less Money and risking more for a smaller return. Its still less risky than betting on 50% on a dice game because you know who has the advantage of winning a game if you know the teams well enough.

This is how most of the gamblers will start their gambling journey. Once they win either first bet or slightly higher bet then they start thinking that they can earn easy money with some tricks. But in reality, we must need a luck to win in all kinds of games including knowledge-based games like sports betting. I to bet on cricket games but only for fun with small amounts and enjoy my game.

Wagging a bet for the underdog is a good idea as you might get good odds and in sports you will always seen an upset every now and then .If you are really interested in a particular sport and are really keen on watching it then you have an idea about how the outcome of the match would be and that makes me want to wage a small amount of bet usually for the thrill of it.

In order to predict you have to know many things about the two teams the prediction is going to be based on. For example if a team won only 10 times in their history while the enemy team won over 30 times (against the same enemies), it will basically be sure already that the team which lost more matches will lowe this one too. It is still gambling though, because you can still fail. Why? Because you never know when a team got a bad day or something goes wrong and it is over for them.

Would you start getting into it so you can win more or is it purely based on the love of that sport?

How I get into sports betting because Im a sports enthusiast and been doing gambling in a sports match even prior to my first enter in bitcoin world. My preferred sports is basketball since this is my main line since then. My knowledge in this sports helps me in my bets everytime Im doing sports betting. Im not that type of gambler that will force myself to bet on the sports I really didn't know. It's a suicide.

My bets depends on the upcoming match preferences obviously with the odds that is really worth it.

You should have good knowledge of the sports you bet for. It does not help just set bets on random guess. You may have luck short term but mid and long term you will definitely lose. If you are interested in some kind of sports try to get some knowledge. Study statistics. The web is full of good free statistics sites. For example, the soccer teams A and team B plays a match. Both teams have scored very less goals in the running season (lets say team A 0.9 goals on average and team B 1.1 goals on average). There is a good risk/profit ratio in betting for under 2.5 or under 3.5 goals (the more risk-free option).

I consider soccer is my best section for gambling, and i don't search for the highest odd for betting, usually, I like to play simple with only my experience about football , because i love so much football.

Well i think most people who do sports betting are already fans of certain sports. For me, its not addicting as it only like watching an nba game or a ufc fight. You can't say that you're addicted to doing so but dedinitely you're interested so i don't think it's boring as well. If you bet on a sport that interests you then you most likely would have information or idea of what the result may be

You really don't need to watch youtube videos if you want to be more effective in sports betting. Upsets in sports can sometimes be expected if you follow each team in the league or in a certain sport you can see them having the potential to win.

What is a sports bet arbritator and how exactly does it work? Are you betting on all those different websites with the lowest possible odds to ensure an winning outcome? That is what I get when I went to that surebets site. It only showed low odds near 1.00 or slightly higher. But what is the point of doing that? There is a chance the favorites do lose their games. you first have to be a sports fan.
then you find a sport or a team that you love, and more importantly watch and follow. then you make bets on their matches.
if you are not a sports fan then you will never have a good time making any bets. and surely enough you can never win anything. and i have done it, i have tried to make bets on sports that i didn't know anything about or didn't even like, and failed to do so. because i had no idea what to do apart from using a tipster and i never enjoyed it so i gave it up.

as someone who has been making bets on e-sports i have to tell you that there is no difference between betting on e-sports or sports. the same rules and risks apply in both fields.
the team, the players and their moods is true in both fields.
you just have to know the both teams and know their history. and also in some e-sports games you should know the new meta (since they change a lot) and also know how the teams are comfortable with the new meta.

being in love or liking the sport has very little to do with Sports Betting. Even if you pick the team that you like you could still lose because anything could happen in the world. I know that people didn't want to read that -though it is true.

From my experience with Sports Betting it is kind of like "Math" if you research the players -calculate and see their recent winning/losing playing record then you have a much higher chance of winning. That is the technique.

wavespump posted the website Flashscore, good stuff for the information of the players but personally I don't like the design of the website.

I use both Sofascore plus Flashscore.

E-Sports betting is a very different category because it depends on the technology, team (it usually is one team vs another team), mood of each individual player, etc.

You would have to research harder than you would with Sports Betting. NitrogenSports has good odds for E-Sports betting if you want to get more involved with that.

Most important of it all is just have fun while betting.

you are thinking about money and that is why you never found any of them particularly interesting enough to play.

when you are a fan of a particular sport or even s-sport, and watch all the games and follow them around it means you know a lot about them and enjoy watching the matches so when you add money to this process it becomes double interesting.

next time try to find what you like and then make bets on that, i am sure you will find it interesting, unless you are like me and not a sports fan.

I like cricket matches betting because like this sports and I know most of the teams and players. But I bet mainly for fun reason. If I bet on any team, then I will get more excitement while watching the match so sometimes I bet with a small amount, and I'm worried much even though I lose the bet. The main reason why you are in sports betting is because you love sports and every individual has their own sport/s that they follow. And because of that, the gambling operators find it a good opportunity to put a business (sporstbook) to give us a chance to wager in our favorite sports.

Actually it's not the money alone, we believe if we have a knowledge and we love the sports we have a great chance to win. I guess it's the most important, thinking that we can win, so regardless of the outcome, since we love what we are doing, we can still enjoy.
