You're in the wrong place... you need to contact the support people for the wallet you tried to transfer funds to. This is just a forum, a message board for the general public. It isn't related to any one particular service. It isn't likely that anyone here has access to the service provider you are using.

Hello, I am totally new in the world of bitcoins. So, yesterday Bought some bitcoins. But there is still no BTC on my wallet. I've got a message that I should not be the owner of the bank account, of which I transferred the euro (which ist totally wrong). They asked me to sent a photo of my bank card an id card, what I did. So I still got no message and I am a little bit worried about that.
Can you please check my request to the support team (ticket no. 94055)?
