the taproot proposal is the most significant update to Schnorr deployment. Maybe it'll go into 0.20.0 (~ April-ish next year), or maybe even 0.19.0 (seems unlikely though)

I know it will not happen soon, i was just curious about the progress.
So, basically the code is ready, and now it's being tested to find bugs/problems.
Just out of curiosity, are Schnorr signatures already available in testnet? Or it's only an "offline" testing?

Are there some news also about bulletproof transactions?

Schnorr signatures are currently under testing. It's currently too early to know when it's going to be implemented to the mainnet, as of course, they'd need to do A LOT of testing to make sure it works well and as intended. Don't expect it anytime soon I think.

What is the current development status of Schnorr signatures and bulletproof transactions?
Is there an estimate timeline about when they'll be available?
