Thanks allot for informing about this site, is every user is facing a same problem have you contact support ? and have you tried that cancel your withdrawl and request it again ?
over 2 months waiting on withdrawal payment the answers from ticket support are going around the third time, beware !!!!
I've seen longer wait times. Sometimes casinos just have hiccups and are processing withdrawals very slowly,
either because they are manually checking every one of withdrawal requests or their system is messy.
But complaining first on forum without talking to support/owners first is not ideal solution, first give them time and then raise a storm.

And how about ~3BTC??? All the answers I get from support is: WAIT!

did you actually try contacting them about this problem you have? maybe thats just a temporarily and everything will be solved soon, i hope they will fix your problem, let us know about it
YOu should contact the support first before you starting scam accusation after that if the support is replying feedback here if the your issue fix but if not you need to start and make thread in scam accusation against this site...

The good of bitcoin is this, the fast of deposit and the impossibility of chargeback, if a player win, why get wait more of 24 hours for have a bitcoin ? If the transation is complete with more confirmation, i don't think player hack the site for low amount.

I think you got company ,someone is complaining the same thing in their Thread and he answered it.
Ive been waiting since jan.4 for two withdrawals i putin for and today i messaged support and the reply i got kinda confused me because it said finacial dep it reviewing my cashout and i dont understand what that means i put alot of time and money into the new year tournament to be told my winnings from that are being reviewed i was so excited about my progress in the tournament because of the high scores and now this please fix this i am a regular player on your site and i dont deserve this

Probably best method is to contact him like that here or make a post on his thread to gain some more attention. If he's put on blast, he's more likely to respond. I wouldn't get to panicked though over 10 mbtc. There is probably a good reason. He might do manual withdrawals and hasn't been around or something.

I think the same, but pending withdrawal for more than 4days just for 10mbtc is strange and annoying for the player.
Just checked their official thread and there are some people has the same issue "pending withdrawal" for long time.

I never heard about this site but don't think someone will scam for 0.01btc.if they have account here send them message or try contacting with email,it might help you
you never can be sure when and what amount for a site can scam, really more and more sites open opening now days and so is scamming increasing badly in this section.

I never gamble with this site so don't know much about this site. Did you contact there support team? If you have all those details than open scam accusation on them with all proofs to warn other members not to use that site for gambling.
