Yeah. The account will not be worth much, if anything at all. Steam is very strict on this and a lot of people have claimed the OP as a scammer when their bought account has been banned. Don't purchase accounts, simple. They will ban it as soon as they find out. Just search some previous threads and you will see most actually get banned.
