Be advised that the trading of steam accounts is prohibited in the ToS.
The seller can easily contact steam support and provide proof of purchases of the games on the account, and then they get the account back.

You should always price your steam account according to cost to buy in sale, which means your account is worth 48 dollars, also, you only have 3 'real' games. The rest are all freebies. So your account is really only worth about 15 bucks...
