If the accounts are fresh and legit, why there is a possibility of them having VAC or community ban which apparently, you're not willing to replace?
CSGO is now free to play unless you want to upgrade to Prime which your accounts don't have. So, I'm missing something or you're selling something that can be obtained for free?

All the accounts like was stated in the post are fresh and legit. If you manage to get a vac or community ban within that 15 minute window then a replacement will not be made.
These accounts are pre-made and are dirt cheap, it makes sense to buy bulk of them for personal use when it is so cheap.
But the game itself is free. Why would anyone pay for an account, even if they are in bulk?
