Like how reddit is organized and how it allows anyone to have a sub reddit and moderate themselves. Probably the more popular of the two too.

I guess Steem, even though I don't use neither. I've always found reddit a little odd to use. I probably would get used to it if I was more familiar with it, but I just stick to other forums.

I like both, although at this moment Reddit seems to be offering more quality content. Nonetheless, I do like Steemit very much, too! And you get paid as well, which one wouldn't want to complain about, right? ; )

I know reddit is old, solid and huge community is there but for crypto era I think steemit is the option, if you become famous you can also earn money with your posts at steemit.

reddit is more independent and platform is faster because it is not always centered on blogging articles, steemit put forward commercialization and it's not very fun anymore because people want to post just to chase money / coins. In this case reddit outperformed because it was famous first.

No contest for sure Reddit, more systematic and the ask me anythings with celebrities are hilarious.
I love AMAs, don't give a shit about celebrities though. Most of them are brainless and soulless apes, very few exceptions.

Prefer Reddit. Steem is hard to browse and doesn't really have any interesting content. Too many bounty hunting shills on there too.

I think reddit is more popular than steem. personally i have never used steem. so obviously my vote is for reddit. it is realy simple to use. Its just an opinion you may differ.
Reddit surely is more popular. It's sufficient to take a look at their stats to see that. But the thing is that they are also pretty different. Reddit is so much about discovering the content that's been already published somewhere else, not necessarily OP.
