I did some more research and the email is the right one. I already applied and I'm waiting for the KYC to be verified.

Did they send you a link in that email? For me, this is the most important question since, in theory, there is no need to attach any link in that mail. If there is a link in that email, you better don't trust it.

Hey guys I applied for the 25$ stellar airdrop a few months back and just today I received this email saying I should claim my coins.

[email protected] is the right address? It seems like the real thing but just wanted to be sure. Has anyone else received this email?

Great, they are still working and distributing airdrop for everyone. I have registered since November but so far I have not received an email from them, maybe because there are too many people registered so everything is going on slowly

Yes that's real address, i also accept it back in November. If the email ended with blockchain.com, then its real blockchain afaik, since its same domain so its not a scam email. However, you can check it in your dashboard about stellar airdrop, but you need to do KYC for that.

Its legit. Blockchain did conduct a giveaway for 150 xlm which roughly worths $25 to members with tier 2 level only. Later did I know that I need to have gone KYC verification before I can claim it.

According to their support article they send emails from [email protected]: https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/articles/207744753-Verify-Your-Email

If I were you I'd make sure by contacting their support team. This form is dedicated to everything regarding the XLM giveaway: https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000210932

I think it is best you follow this instructions
Contacting their team and getting first hand verification matters before clicking the link at all

Or better still
Log on to your Blockchain account, you must have a verification message on your dashboard

It's a legit email from blockchain wallet... I received one back in November last year.

Please note that there are 2 different addresses that blockchain wallet uses so far:

- [email protected] - I usually get new updates through this one, about the stellar airdrop and the last update was about supporting Bitcoin SV on Jan 23rd 2019
- [email protected] - sends emails about Authorizing Log-In attempts and email verification links
