Not sure. Seems good for saving. Bought some yesterday =)
Stellar is also quite a good altcoin i have 2000xlm as of now and waiting for a decent price. I just got all my xlm from stellar giveaways and they still have lots of giveaways available you can claim for them free.

There might be a dump of the free lumens (another name for stellar) which might cause the price to depreciate. Hence you might want to wait before buying.
