There is no universal procedure for all exchanges but as said above, most of them are free but there are still criteria to meet otherwise everyone would make a coin and list.

See the list of decentralized exchange and then take the name of exchanges and google 'ExchangeName listing coin' or something similar, that's probably the fastest way to get info about multiple exchanges.

There's little to no listing fee when its comes to dexes.

Pretty much any resources regarding how to list a token on a decentralized exchange and any related info highly welcomed.
What are the steps, what should i know?
Is it possible to list it for free or what are the usual costs? etc.. Thanks!
