The takeaway is, when every word everyone says is recorded, it means they're attributing no significance to what you're saying over anyone else (unless you're really discussing nasty things).

Do you really want to get pissed off and scared? Then consider the following. Hovering insect sized spybots will likely infest your home in the future, and it won't be the government's spying that will give you cause for alarm. It will be the fact that it may be your neighbors and enemies and companies you patronize which are the ones doing the spying on every private moment of your life.
