i chose to use it to gamble lol believe me im not an addict

Isn't that exactly what an addict would say?

i dont even gamble in real life

This is real life, and this is real money.  If you are gambling with real bitcoins, then you are gambling "in real life".

There is nothing wrong with it.  If the transaction paid a higher transaction fee, then it would confirm faster, but it is completely valid the way it is.

i see on the summary section that Estimated Confirmation Time is Very Soon (High Priority)

That "summary section" is not an accurate predictor of the future.  That is just one company's guess as to what they think might happen with the transaction.  Sometimes their guess is accurate.  Sometimes it is not.

is there anyway that these type of sites have a builtin calculator to calculate how much the fee should be

Well written services provided by competent companies are able to calculate a reasonable fee that they should be paying for quick confirmation (or at least warn their users that transactions may take a long time to confirm if the company chooses to use an inadequate fee).

Poorly provided services from incompetent companies are much less likely to do reasonable things.

where can i find the ~6000 confirmations?

It's impossible for any individual to know 100% for certain exactly how many transactions are waiting to be confirmed at any moment.  However, some companies or individuals keep track of the transactions that they see on the network, and then provide a list of unconfirmed transactions that they've seen, and that they haven't yet discarded.  Here's an example of one company's list:

https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions

well it did go through after 15 hours

Glad to hear it.

if you have delay on confirm, then i think the fee is lower than the others. i think its normally when we have got delay until 12 hours. i have experience in 24 hours without confirming, but at least i receive my bitcoin with safe into my wallet.
That's nonsense. There is no normal delay for Bitcoin. The only acceptable delay is under 1 hour (sometimes there are periods in which there is no block for quote some time). You are improperly using Bitcoin or extremely cheap and do not need quick transactions.

so maybe we need to wait and just positive thinking that traffic of the transaction is heavy than we know.
It doesn't matter what the actual transaction volume is since there are people (with money) who can and who are actively spamming the network.

Such transaction delay happens only at very rare instance.
No. It will most likely always happen if you don't adjust your fees accordingly.

thats what i thought.. is there anyway that these type of sites have a builtin calculator to calculate how much the fee should be or theres no way to detect exact transaction fee?
A lot of services are already doing it, I don't see how it'll be hard.
One just needs two numbers, recommended fee in satoshis/byte and the size of their transaction. I'd say it's a fairly simple calculation.

Blockchain.info estimated time of confirmation are often wrong so you shouldn't rely on it.
A fee of 0.0001BTC is indeed a little low for 668 byte transaction. The recommended fee for that should be around 0.0004BTC (or higher if you want to make sure it gets confirmed fast).
I'm surprised that satoshidice are not using higher fee (or dynamic fee) for user cashout.

Such transaction delay happens only at very rare instance. Also wait for a short if not modify your transaction fee to make it confirmed.

I dont believe you  Grin, but on serious note, i think its very good way of learning. TX is just transaction id like in database.
I recommend watch bitcoin documentaries, easy and fun way to learn.

i read somewhere that it might be because of low fee? i wonder why its taking that long when i see on the summary section that Estimated Confirmation Time   is Very Soon (High Priority), weird or im just stupid enough to believe it haha please be patient with me.

Thanks a lot

The fee is the factor in your blockchain transaction that affects the timing. 0.06$ seems pretty low for a 20+$ transaction. You shuld get a notification before sending your coins how long it will take for the transaction to be confirmed.
If you fees are too low you will get a warning that it might never be confirmed.

It's definitely a fee issue. Blocks are full at the moment, but there is actually only ~6000 unconfirmed transactions, so you may get through sooner than later. In the future, you need to consider the number of outputs used in your transaction. You usually need 60-100 satoshis/byte now to get in the next block (less if you can wait a while until there is less of a backlog).

The fee matters indeed. Sending BTC with higher fee is always good way to speed transfer up.

In your case the fee size is quite low (considering the transaction size) and you can expect some delay, but 12 hours delays sounds too much. I guess you are just unlucky.

yeah maybe i as just unlucky lol Smiley

The Speed Of the Transaction Depends upon the Fees and Bitcoin Network.
If you send a Transaction with Higher Fees thw Transaction will be Faster. My all Transactions are Confirmed in 10-45 Minutes because I provide High Fees For Transactions.

I'm not sure why Blockchain.info says High Priority. For 4 inputs, 0.0001 BTC is not generally enough to get confirmed quickly. You only paid about 15 satoshis/byte. Right now, a transaction should be paying about 90 satoshis/byte to get confirmed in the next block. So you may be waiting a while longer.
