I know your working your ass off and there's alot of issues trying to be resolved but all I'm asking is I get the bitcoin I paid for! I've used your service before and have literally gotten my bitcoin in minutes but my last order is taking way to long. I placed the order on 4/7 and now its been 3 days and still no bitcoins in my wallet. What do I have to do to get you or somebody at your company's attention?  I've emailed, called the number, posted on here, posted on reddit and still NOTHING!!! I've given you my info several times through PM and on the forum and you put me on the 4/9 support list which you said is at level 2 support but still I have NOTHING! Where's my money? Honestly it just feels like I'm getting robbed when I have seen my money in three days...even after you've said its being worked on. If you can transfer others funds in minutes right now then why can't you pust my one order through? In the words on JG Wenworth..IT'S MY MONEY AND I NEED IT NOW!! I'm a reasonable person and understand mistakes can be made but this is taking too long and I don't feel comforted at all. Please I don't want to have to take unreasonable actions....HELP!
