Make sure your card is in compute mod not in graphics mod

My RX580 with Samsung MEMs (not possible overclock too much) take about 31,5MH/s with 90W and max 60°C.

Yes 90w in software reading, real over 120w i think.
Yes, it is SW reading from GPU but that rig have 3 x RX580 and from the wall take about 370W.
It mean that one card take about 100W from wall and CPU+MB about 70W.

150W and 72°C is too much for RX580.

Try use OverdriveNTool, disable all profiles, change GPU and MEM settings and undervolt.

Upgraded to windows 10, installed latest driver.

Followed this site to edit the stock ROM : https://www.thegeekpub.com/11720/overclocking-amd-rx-580-mining/

Finally getting 28 MH/s

After setting the compute mode in AMD settings if problem still occurs download DDU, you can get one using Google to search and use DDU to uninstall the driver and reinstall driver again after reboot you should get 24 - 25 mhs, all the best

In AMD settings set the compute mode and the problem will be gone instantly, drop a thank you if this helps you out and also make sure you are using the latest AMD driver too, they are more stable with auto tunning features

Also what type of amd driver you loaded for the RX580? There are few bad radeon drivers that aren't good for mining out there too, I'm sure you can figure the problem out, do not give up and be willing to do some troubleshooting yourself

Hope your AMD CPU has no Integrated GPU? That can cause some conflicts with the RX580, I'm sure if you change the motherboard the problem will be solved, can you find an extra motherboard to test the card in? Are you also up for new OS? If you have a pen driving lying around you can load Linux OS on the pen drive or HiveOS, this can fix the problem too

I've never used or hear about this nanominer before so I can't say about its performance, a RX580 should be able to deliver roughly 25mhs out if the box even if it has the weakest memory chip, can you drop your PC configuration here ?

Why nanominer? Try nicehash miner if you don't know how to configure mining softwares yourself, nicehash is pretty easy for newbies, just wait for the full sync and insert your wallet address, if you think you can configure miners yourself then download phoenix miner
