still no resolution. scumbags keep holding my funds and ignoring the issue

they still ignoring me, damn scammers
stocks exchange still ignoring my requests, no coins arrived after weeks of initial withdrawal
issued withdrawals still not processed
AFAIK, they have no official ANN on bct so I guess the only possible way to deal with them is to keep on contacting with site support.

that sounds like an idea. im giving them a little more time before posting experience on more resources. had technical issues because of the situation and now can't even login with current 2fa. no respond on emails/twitter so far. and cancelled by admin withdrawals
