Thank you for reaching out to us. I can appreciate why this is a concern for you. I have reached out to Stocks.Exchange about this issue and I am waiting to hear back. In the mean time, I would recommend contacting them directly. Since the ITNS have left your wallet, the only location they could be located would be the exchange themselves. If I get any additional information, I will let you know.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having issues with Stocks.Exchange. If you send me an email with the information that Stocks.Exchange provided, I can send them an email personally. The things that I would need would be, the transaction ID (When you initially sent your ITNS to Stocks.Exchange, the amount, the date, the time, and any other relevant information that you can provide. I would prefer that you send me this information either in message format here on BCT or as an email. Email generally works better as I will look at it more quickly than I would a personal message here. It's simply just more convenient for me that way.

So, yesterday morning(10.56 (a.m.)  I made this ITNS deposit (21k ITNS) from Tradeogre to Stocksexchange
Tradeogre processed the withdrawal regularly in no time, confirmed it and released the TxId.

Looking that nothing was popping out in Stocksexchange deposit history, I opened a support ticket:

Category: Deposit Problem
Created At: 2018-04-30 11:05:35

to which Stocks support answered  

Hello,the coin was disabled for some time due to the attack on this coin.
Now, it works fine, all deposits were found and you will get your coins soon.

Few mins after that answer in my deposit history appeared:

you gently answered me that all was finally fine.
I'm writing to let you know that yes, the deposit appeared in deposits history, but it is stuck on 0/12 confirmations, while on blockchain explorer it has more than 120 confs...

3 hours later, I wrote again
 From blockchain explorer No of confirmations: 562 while nere always 0 12 confirms .... Why haven't you disabled itns deposita till now if you know that people will ne stuck in this unacceptable situation?HuhHuh??

This morning, 24 hours later, no other answer from Support, deposit still stuck @ 0/12 confs, and ITNS deposits still enabled for other people who, most lickely, will be stuck in my same situation.

The poin is: tradeogre processed the withdrawal without troubles.
The itns blockchain explorer advances regularly (amt over 600 confs)
Now I'll buy some itns in stocksexchange sending them to my wallet.

I'll post here the result of that withdrawal (if the wallet is syncronized it should reach my wallet soon but then.... why the previous deposit wasn't credited to my stocksexchange account?).

Let's see what happens.
